Hi Creative Cove. Firstly, thank you for the incredible notion tutorials, they've revolutionised my life. Just wanted to find out if you could perhaps make a tutorial on a notion template for onboarding a new employee. I've been tasked with this and would like to make it as smooth and creative as possible. The features I was hoping to include are a policy/docs space, an SOP space, a tools space, a schedule on what we'll be doing in the coming weeks, etc. If this is possible, I'd really appreciate it. Lot's of love from South Africa :)
I have just watched this again, having first watched it about six months ago. Although my own dashboard template is not exactly the same as yours, it was heavily influenced by watching your video and picking up ideas and inspiration; and even though I have tried to tweak and improve it since, I keep reverting back to the original as it seems perfect for my needs. Thanks for the inspiration, and keep on making great videos! ❤

It's a software solution that runs on Notion - and your video really helps explain how it's used. Thanks again and keep up the amazing work!
This is a nice template. Is there a way and will you be incorporating the 12 Week Year methodology into the Goals section of the template? Also, can the Eisenhower matrix be add to the Task Manager. I'd prefer to have them included in this template rather than using your other templates as stand-alone templates, if that's possible. Thank you.
I'm glad you like the template! Currently this template is just a second brain and doesn't feature the 12 week year system or the Eisenhower matrix. I do plan on improving the template in the future and I'd love to add the 12 week year system into it but I couldn't give a time-frame on that currently (likely second half of the year). You could definitely paste in the 12 week year / Eisenhower matrix into the second brain template and add it to the menu but it just wouldn't be connected up to the rest of the template the same way my current task/goal system is. :)

Hi could you explain how you did the "days until" formula in the project manager? I always wondered how to write a formula for this function and how you make the text colorful. It would be very helpful🙏🏻😀
Sure, it uses the dateBetween() function so essentially it will work out how many days are between now and the deadline. I also incorporated an if() function so I could change what is shown depending on if the deadline has passed or not. Here's the exact formula I used which includes the text styling: if(dateBetween(now(), prop("Deadline"), "days")

Your content has greatly inspired me to build my own Notion workspace, especially my notes, tasks, and projects, which function similarly to yours and are interconnected in the same way. However, I’m currently facing a challenge and was hoping you might have an ideal solution. A colleague of mine is using the same Notion template I built, and I want to sync our tasks, projects, and notes that are business-related. These are organized within the business life zones in both of our setups. I haven’t been able to figure out a way to synchronize this information between us without disrupting the integration of the business life zone within the rest of my workspace. Any assistance or advice you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

When you sign up for the Save to Notion clipper, it will allow you to select which database you want it to save to so I'd usually recommend selecting the Notes database. :)
Sure - it does take a bit of setting up as you'll firstly need 2 rollups -> one that calculates how many tasks are left for the project and another for how many overdue tasks are left. These rollups pulls the data from the task database. Once you have these, here's the formula I used: if(prop("Number of tasks")==1, prop("Number of tasks") + " task left, " + prop("Number of overdue tasks").style("red","b") + " overdue".style("red","b"), prop("Number of tasks") + " tasks left, " + prop("Number of overdue tasks").style("red","b") + " overdue".style("red","b")) The formula includes text styling so that overdue tasks show in red and it also uses an if statement so that if there's only one task left, it will say '1 task left' rather than '1 tasks left'.

suggest "no deadline" label be "Someday/Maybe." And "My Tasks" to Task Manager.
