i admit i didn't know the original song and i checked it out after knowing this version for a while and daaaaammmn is the original S L O W. this speed matches the lyrics way better lmao

well obviously the nightcore is faster. but what i meant is that in this song specifically the original speed and the lyrics (and the intended "tough" imagery) do just NOT match up.
you know its not just "slower" its S L O W. in an almost frustrating way.
i always check out the originals of my fav nightcore songs and this is the first time there was such a huge difference in how the song felt to me - comparing the two versions.
but hey i like fast songs so maybe escape the fate is just not my cup of tea :P

K I'm listening to it right now and it could be a lot worse, trust me. Honestly, the Nightcore version is almost exactly 1.25 speed of the original-maybe 1.2 or something.
And actually, I would be pretty okay with a Nightcore version of this song at the BPM of 1.25 of _this_ version. Makes it more jump-up-and-dance-y.
