I love them both. Two iconic sounds. I prefer the Acrolite because I own one, and I love the familiar sounds, but both drums are classics. The Acrolite is a little dryer with more low end while the Supra has that classic sheen.
cool video! what about the new supraphonics and acrolites that are available now. Is it the 'same' build quality/material/sound/ or is here a real benefit of going for vintage?
I think both sound good. But I would give the edge to the supra but if the Acrolite was tuned a little higher than I think it be pretty much dead even.

I agree with Ronnie put him higher they both sound good though I'll take the super Sonic anytime
