Do we need dedicated graphics card for rendering 3d models if I have i5 12 h cpu and intel iris xe gpu
NO as far as you are not going into hardcore 3d modeling. If you want to work on heavy 3d models then graphics card is need in my suggestion

AutoCAD is best for 2d drafting
3d designing is not best in AutoCAD . If you want to work in 3d I suggest you to use either Google SketchUp or 3dsmax
You can refer few of my recent videos in which you can see models which I have prepared in Google SketchUp
If you want I will make detailed video on Google SketchUp
Is Revit good for rendering
I suggest you to go either for vray or 3ds max
