I used to work as a Paintball Referee and I can say 100%, without an ounce of doubt, that the worst people to referee for were the Billy types. Caused all the problems with other participants, cheated, and almost always tweaked their own version of the surrender rule.
Did big cat not cheat when he admitted he was hit but it didn't break? That would've been two rounds for Hank and max, I think an executive decision is as made to milk more content by agreeing to let it roll.
