That last level reminded me of those handful of games that reward the player by going out of bounds, often with some secret message, room, or reward. It always feels jarring, it's so meta.
I've encountered the invisible block sliding off a rail before in an uncleared level. Had a goomba inside you had to defeat for a clear condition. The rail was off screen tho so it was just random luck I found it the first time.
That one level reminded me a lot of “Getting Over It with Bennet Foddy”, what with all the crap placed all over seemingly randomly, how hard it is to go up, and how easy it is to fall all the way down again

the level at 15:10 feels a lot like 'getting over it' with the way it's designed. Like all the random stuff everywhere, some for decoration, some for climbing, and the use of springs and conveyors to knock the player back down is cool.
