Hii just wanted to say your channel is amazing, your girls are so sweet,I’m happy to say I’m getting my first baby rats tomorrow you’re channel has been so helpful thank you so much 😊
Honestly I just don't find it worth it. With this setup I only change half the bedding every few months, and do a full change every 6-8 months. I'll mix the bedding every other week or so, but otherwise with its depth and the amount of it theres just no need to litter train. My rats do have favorite spots (mainly the middle left unit right in front of the dig box), so I will often remove some of that bedding and add some fresh bedding to mix in each cage cleaning, but otherwise I don't really see a reason to try litter training when it just isn't necessary for me.
Awww. I love your videos! I'm going to get some rats later this month - can't wait.
Ahh that's awesome - congRATs!
It looks amazing and there's so much for the rats to do in this cage! Love it! 🥰

It never occurred to me to use a tank INSIDE of a wire cage for burrowing! Genius

I am going to get some of the space pods, my cage is never full enough lol
I'm just curious, why you don't litter train your rats. Love your videos.
