Jamaicans thinking that we would be happy if the Jamaican sprinters aren’t healthy. That’s so far from the truth. We only want victory from the BEST competition. I hope Jacko is ok, and I wish Elaine was there too.
Us Americans love the great Jamaican Sprinters (they brown like us) the rivalry, junk talk ect…but Jamaica never gives love back? Always on the defensive, Noah & ShaCarri are HATED there. Africans the same? Y’all both concentrate on our negatives and assure yourselves you’re better. Of course Jamaicans should be concerned. REALISTICALLY, Shericka is Jamaica's best hope for winning both the 100m and 200m finals in Paris and she would have obviously ran in the 4 x 100 relay as well. Hopefully it is nothing too serious.

I’m American, I want our girls to win, but I love my Jacko and I pray she is okay. Last year I’ve been telling everyone all year her body is due for a setback due all the extreme improvement four years in a row, and she looks much slower this point in the season, but, I think my girl deserves her 200M crown and she deserves what I believe is her silver in the 100M as well.
From USA, we are praying for our sister Jacko and for the Jamaican team…I am not happy with a concern anyone will go 1 & 2 in Paris other than USA and Jamaica! I hope this is just a small cramp that caused her to stop, but if she’s wrapped and tight, I fear the worst.

Some of your training has to be "REAL" full out sprints... and so "real" sprints does not matter who the competition is... friend or foe....this WAS practice at flat out..AS IS logical .. Yes training!

Words are powerful!! Talking about her leg strapped up is enough to create doubt …I am mindful not to speculate
She pulled or tore something and couldn't continue. It's not easy to come back from injury on a track field especially if the injury has been lingering for a while. If you never ran track and field, don't speak things you don't know. Track injuries shouldn't be taken as nothing, and you expect someone to continue running injured for the sake of the country. Her health is a priority.

King Eric, USA track and field has produced some of the worlds best athletes and coaches. Infact the US collegiate has helped to train some of Jamaica's best athletes .However lion, people are often passionate and during track season the rivalry between the two greatest sprint rivals is high. But if you look closer you will see the warm welcome Jamaicans gave both Noel Lyles and Christian Coleman at 2023 Racers Grand Prix, we love track, we love athletes. We do get carried aways as do the US fans. I believe it's all in the sprite of the sport. Bless up 🙏🏾
It won't matter. Shericka Jackson has been terrible in her races in 2024. She hasn't looked good before this race where she supposedly was injured. Gabby Thomas will win gold medal at the 2024 Olympics in the 200m race.

Have also been concerned since I saw her at interviews around the time of the Jamaican Nationals: she looks like she has a Bell’s Palsy, which is a slight paralysis on the left side of her face. You can see it when she talks and smiles. Will someone please get her properly checked out. 🙏🏼😢

this year she is struggeling 22.29 so far...even today if she reached finish not under 22... now saison end probably if seriously injured - paris not realistic to run under 22 after injury - probably out of olympics

One would usually think this, but no, she was ahead. Although Jacko does NOT look very good this season, she would have won this race easily. Something is wrong…something is really wrong with how she looks all season, and I was hoping it was just a slow peak and her hand hiding, but something looks wrong. I will also say to everyone you all can read my posts from the past year, and I said I think Jacko is due for a setback this year due to all her dramatic improvements back to back over the past four years. Something appears to be wrong.

@@herewegoagain4041 I don’t think Alfred has what it takes to pull up on Jacko in Jacko’s prime event, especially given Jacko has higher top speed than Alfred. I don’t think she was injured…I think it was just a cramp. Also, funny but I was walking around with a knee brace over the weekend, and it caused me to cramp. I’m wondering if the K-Tape she had on herself pulled a certain muscle a certain way that caused a minor cramp. Not all pull ups are completely torn muscles…sometimes the athlete stops because they feel something coming.
