thank you for this. any idea why my Bkack isnt running on my print test? Like literally ZERO black ink on the print test! Somethings not working right!
I know its late to reply since it's 5 months ago. Get yourself the jetbest cleaning solution ink bags that goes into the ink side. run a Strong cleaning until you see taht all colors are no longer running. then put back your normal ink bag and run 3 strong cleaning cycle or until you see all your colors come back,. works everytime. I have been on 4 years strong with the same printhead. no problem
