You can use Soap Calculator to help you out. What oil that you want to put, how many lye beads to use, how many water to add on. As me from Malaysia, I use SoapLab Malaysia Soap Calculator to help me out. ... For kaolin clay amount, is actually, 0.07% times with the total oil you use for your cold process soap. E.g. : 0.07% x 350g oil = 0.25g kaolin clay ..... Titanium dioxide is only 0.05% of your total soap weight. If you are making 2kg of soap, use just only need to use 1g of titanium dioxide.
You can add SLS. Sodium laurat sulfate to boost the foaming. I made a video on using the SlS as foaming agent in laundry bar soap, I'll post it soon so stay tuned.
No matter how thick the soap mixture. If you stir it for 3-4 minutes by hand whisk, it will combined well enough & will not separate later. I already try it.
