MagicQ - Chase and FX Speed: Per Head and Per Step (from 1941)

Starting from 1941 we have introduced 2 new concepts of timing the speed of FX and Chases.
Based on Step [ideal for Chases but works for FX too] or by Head [better suitable for FX].
Please note:
- Speed Masters made in 1941 will NOT work in earlier versions.
- FX recorded with per Step timing - will not work correctly in earlier versions.
