- Not sure if it's the best B-Side to receive the most streams/listen, but it was definitely gaining steam from what we saw. Here's our Reaction to (G)I-DLE - 'Fate' LIVE CLIP. It's a fun and easy song to get into which is different from their hard hitting title tracks like Superlady and Queencard.

It’s been charting hard so that the girls made a live clip for it and went on stage to promote the song.
It’s their first b-side reaching top spot on MelOn top100. The previous top-hitters are Tomboy, Nxde and Queencard.

As of right now, this song is #1 on EVERY major chart in South Korea. They are the first girl group to achieve this milestone on four consecutive comebacks. All hits written by Soyeon, of course!

Fate (korean title "Cause I just hate being hurt") is one of those songs that reflects the difference between the west and South Korea's taste. When the album was first released most international fans payed more attention to other bsides, however this song, without being promoted, rose slowly in Korea thanks to word of mouth, because it perfectly fit their desire for a spring song and melancholic, relatable korean lyrics. Its quirk of being very anime-inspired, plus Miyeon's vocals, did the rest of the job in making it stand out from any other competition!
In fact, the song reached number one on most charts before the live clip was released, so it didn't have much to do with it. According to users, the song was enchanted in Korea because it has 100% Korean lyrics, the melody is inspired by anime, and also because you can easily identify with the lyrics.
By the way, last night the song reached the number one spot on all major Korean platforms, making a PAK "Perfect All-Kill" ❤😊

besides it being a fun song, production wise, i think what got it even popular is the lyrics, it depicts our today's busy life, so relatable it makes you wanna smile and cry at the same time
Fate, Soyeon wrote for Title before she went to see Beyoncé concert tgen she think this comeback shoul be grand more the past cause of they're so grow up, so should be have the song for do in great performance. So She changed Title from 'Fate' to 'Super LADY'.
Yeah i have that right now with 2 of my bias Lia from itzy, suhyeon from billlie, but I do understand. I hope they get back well when they are ready.

Kinda confused why mention JYP when talking about (G)i-Dle, since they are with Cube Entertainment. So, what happens at JYP has nothing to do with (G)i-Dle.
