Neon is definitely not fun to play against. She's the only character which breaks the basics of the game. Everyone else has a counter, but there's seemingly no counter for Neon.
I'd love to agree but... Pretty sure deadlock is supposed to be her counter, only problem is that one, deadlock is kinda ass, she is barely played, and her traps are a tad too slow
I 100% agree on the Neon take. Im sure im not the only one who thinks her ult is just not something that belongs in a tactical shooter with "precice gunplay" And her slide is just the same, even more since she is accurate during the slide.
Valorant isnt a tactical shooter (although they desperately try to advertise it as such) if you compare to other games in the genre. More like a rpg hero shooter game
I like Neon, I play Neon, I agree that she shouldn't get a refresh of her meter on regular kills. I think the skill needed to get kills mid slide is downplayed, but I can yield on making it 10% ish slower since the game is 100% online. I think something we should consider is make it so if you get a kill mid slide or a little after slide it doesn't count towards your refresh. Every other duelist uses their abilities AFTER getting a kill, usually as a form retreat, Neon is the only one that uses her ability during, which makes her kills with slide count towards the next slide, inherently making her more snowbally than other duelist. The only exception to this rule is Iso, and he has a special mechanic to keep his shield up, and no way to get it back after it runs out. I don't think Neon "breaking the rules of the game" is a bad thing; thats what abilities are meant to do, let you alter the game to make instances better for you. Jet and Reyna being able to take fights they have no business taking breaks the rules. It's just that we're used to those rules being broken, and have gotten good at countering them. Another thing is, her slide should be strong, if it didn't have a clear advantage, it'd be a gimmick. Plus it's one of, if not the most, committal dueling tool. To speak on her Ult, I think it should be tied to her regular energy meter, so using it is make or break, like Jet Ult. That being said I think Jet Ult is underpowered for how expensive it is.
Never Delete an agent. In fact we need more agents. On Neon I agree that the kill to reset speed is a bit too op. What Riot needs is another Healer though. Sage and Skye can't be the only ones to heal allies and I think this Addition will help balance the game further by offering more options....
But the thing is people don't want to play Sage because the heal on yourself is not good and why play a healer when you can heal yourself? Skye doesn't really get played anymore because the flashes don't refresh. May as well just rework those agents rather than add new agents.
I agree about not deleteing agents. thats a waste of character design, ability design and the players would lose the kingdom credits they spent.Even if they gave them back, players like me with all the characters don't need kingdom credits so its a waste. Rather, add counter characters that are also balanced against the rest of the characters.

Sage being able to heal herself at less speed is great balance enough but I feel like both should happen, Rework the agents and add 1 more to the mix brining something Unique, Like a Healing Smoke that lasts a certain amount of time but heals anyone inside it. I feel like that could balance the game out. Since Neon is always rushing in, set up a smoke and shotgun when she dashes in.

Yeah that accuracy thing is crazy. I don't think Clove is broken, but I think Clove is unhealthy for the game - probably will discuss in another video. In terms of ranked, I don't think Clove is weakest controller, in terms of pro scene, one of the weakest.

I love it when I lock in Cypher and see an enemy Neon, IMO Cypher is the best Neon Counter agent. Why? Only because of the trips, Neon could never escape that lmao.
Neon take hella makes sense, trying to track her even when she's not sliding and just jumping is already getting me killed, I'm curious about clove take tho! (Legit the only smokes I can play consistently, and always messes up the brim lineups 🥲 my brain cant handle pressure in game like you do even when i try my best to learn them)
I completely agree with you and Neon.. I have been playing Valorant since Ep 1 Act 2 and I have always enjoyed it but now it kind of feels like they have moved away from the tactical shooter to a more of an arcade shooter like Call of Duty

Hello. Neon main here. I would probally hate it if neon was removed but for reasons seperate from everyone would think, i guess? I do hate neon, because of her ults rediculous damage and her speed which completely messes up my crosshair placement and fundementals of gunfighting. BUT, I also love playing neon because I used to play csgo and i was a movement player. Being able to pull of precisely timed jumps while maintaining a speed to rotate and catch enemies off guard in cs was so fun and made me feel great. Practicing for over 500 hours and being able to dodge enemy bullets while doing difficult movement and also performing hard skill jumps to get unexpected kills was very satisfying. With neon, I can get to experience some of what csgo used to be before cs2. Dodging enemy bullets is so fun and getting into spots with jumps you cant usually get to gives me them csgo vibes. Neon buffs thoughts: For her fuel, neon was very bad before, her fuel would run out in what feels like seconds and when you try to use it again after about 10 seconds of recharge, you got to move for another 2 seconds and it ran out again. You could barely use the movement of her sprint before but now you can properly use neon. Before even rotating was impossible, now you can rotate halfway across most map spawns before it runs out. The kill refresh wasn't even worth it before. Also for the kill refresh, it is almost essential for neon, an entry whos job is get in and get out quickly. When i run around slide get a kill and run away, i feel like i used the agent correctly. I get why people dont like the fact that they gave her 2 slides, but before neons came up with their own double slide by sliding and then popping ult which refreshed their slide and then they slide again, which made neon so much cooler. I think they abalanced her out well by taking away 1 of her bouncing stuns, which were very op when positioned correctly. Neon counters: Cypher trips. Those mf'ing trips i swear. Judge, Odin, Stinger, Vandal/Phantom (If they arent great at dodging), Shorty, Bucky, Ares, Any decay followed by bullets, Any vulnerable followed by bullets, Iso ult, Any blinds followed by bullets, a raze ult, any stuns, Prefires kill a lot, If i had a valorant agent sheet in front of me i could go on and on. I spend most of my rounds dead on the floor. There are a lot of counters to neon but sadly brimstone isn't really one of them. Neon sided maps: Neon has maps which are better for her and maps which are worse. It's quite obvious when thinking about the weapons i listed in the previous section. Judge odin bucky shorty stinger. Neon cant cope well in tight spaces where her movement is hindered and she is exposed to easy close range angles. Of course, neon's best map, Ice box, doesn't have may close range angles and where there are, there is usually verticle angles to compensate. Which makes neon so strong on that map. A map like ascent has fairly close range gunfights and a couple long range. At long range neon appears moving slower due to the distance so she is easier to hit. Breeze is one of the maps i feel isnt very good for neon because at a distance, such as mid, she can die easily and at the entrances to both sites, there are hard to break trips and corners which makes it difficult to push. Overall, if you play neon, you will realise that there are a lot of hardships playing her since she has to play around her sprint a lot and dodging bullets is HARD. Finally, a couple things to know about neon: She is very good at scaling onto site after putting up her walls, you can usually bypass it like brim sensei did on lotus and get free kills. She refreshes a slide after using ult. Her ult also refreshes sprint duration. Kills refresh sprint duration, When she has ult, dont play long distance unless you have a operator and are confident. Mollys wont always stop her since she can quickly run through them so dont think its safe after putting once down. Neon is great against medium/long range single fire weapons such as: Sheriff, Guardian, Ghost, Marshal, Outlaw, Operator and classic. Hitting neon AT ALL, slows her movement speed down drastically making her an easy target. When neon is too slow, she cannot slide, so use the moment of hitting her once to quickly reset recoil and spray her before she can slide again. Neon is deadly accurate during her slide so be careful. To the no one in the comment section who read this... Fair enough, but to my imaginary friends who did, I hope this was helpful in some way and i hope you can see neon a little differently. Thank you for your time.
I read it all! I mean look if I was a Neon main and played Neon I would of course enjoy it too. I just personally feel like with the amount of movement in the game and the importance of it in gun fights it doesn't particularly have its place is all I'm saying. Neon definitely needed the buffs but I think now it's a little out of hand that's all. I don't actually want to see an agents deleted but rather reworked in a way.
I often solo quene and tried several agents that i felt like did not match my play style but once I started playing Clove it was a perfect match for me as a solo quene player because of having the ability of having impact while dead, the ultimate which allows for aggressive playstyle for doing entry and the self heal. Honestly I have had much more fun playing Val because of clove but I can't wait to hear your side why clove should be vaulted.
great content and inspiration as always brother, I need to start recording, I have pulled off some insane clutches, Brim = RR. miss Lotus and also sick of Neon, does not belong in the game in current state really interested to hear your take on Clove, first came out, I only played Clove, they nerfed the ult and heal pretty decent, it was palpable. Super strong kit forsure. If anything I can see them nerfing the refresh rate on smokes after death, maybe even doubling it, or only allowing 1. the smokes after death are pretty game changing and there is no other character with that kind of impact. neon is pointless in the game to be honest, fully support a delete which seems extreme, but shrug.
Couldn't agree more about Neon, she's especially game breaking on console where most people, myself included, use a relatively low sensitivity. It's nearly impossible trying to track her while she zooms past you and the fact that she can slide peek you while being accurate is just not fair

They need to rework clove to be a full duelist. The drawback of being a controller is the fact that you can't just peek everything and you have to position yourself better. Having a controller that doesn't have that weakness is game breaking
For the case of Neon, I believe increased movement is fine, however it should come with increased risk. That seems to already be their design Philosophy when it comes to Val anyway, example: Jett Dash Raze Satchel, just running and gunning. These all allow for more mobility at the cost of either putting your weapon away while moving and/or making it so inaccurate it’s practically unusable except at point blank. Neon’s slide, does neither as while you put it away while running, you can just hit the slide button, pull out your gun, make tracking far more difficult and get full accuracy which clearly goes against their prior design philosophy. I thought Neon was fine when it was high risk, high reward however now it seems low risk high reward, especially with 2 slides. I mean Neon ult seems fine compared to chamber ult, raze ult, viper ult, etc. so I personally think Neon’s first bullet accuracy should be removed and potentially increased weapon pull out time. Idk I’m just an idiot online.
I agree with this as a neon main. Also limiting her ult's fire range is probally a good idea too. With those changes i think she would be more balanced. pull out time is crucial to neon though. Even 0.2ms could make the biggest difference so i do not agree with that
I’ve got a solution for neon, make her run get instantly turned off after getting shot once. It’s now a rotation utility. Also (idk if you can already do this) make you be able to walk with it and not make noise but still be faster than knife. These changes will not only make her not break the game but she will also be able to play some mind games. Also remove the slide entirely, switch it out to something else or just replace it with the run ability. Temets will be sad though.
@@mrhotdog2229 *if you are air strafing (which good neons do while running) you do not lose any movement speed when taking damage (this is true even without being neon but is crucial to why neon is hard to nail down before they slide even in higher ranks).
I definitely agree that Neon is way too powerful, and specifically with your point about her ult refreshing with a normal kill. Look at Jett. Her ult doesn't refresh after any kill except in her ult form. I also think they either need to remove Neon's second slide or make her slide non-rechargeable. And last, a while ago they buffed Neon's ult damage, and now that people are playing more, she can literally 1 tap to the head with her ult from across breeze mid. I know it's technically 3 shots that it shows in post round report, but her ult shoots so fast that doesn't matter. At this point she's definitely been overturned and needs to be nerfed in some way

The state Neon is right now is something I really want to understand because the character really works as a crutch to bad players and a monster in the hands of good players.. Not even top players can hit her during her run and slide without heavy use of abilities.. Plus something like Reyna or Iso still need you to get kills and be somewhat decent to make work but Neon genuinely makes casual play a nightmare and isn't even that effective in pro play because professionals work together to stop her.. I think Riot's mentality on fixing Jett's dominance as main duelist shouldn't be to create another monster like her and actually improve other duelists (btw I'm personally mad because they nerfed Raze satchels saying it was too fast and kept Neon just like that, fucking double standards)
Yep yep yep. But tbh I think it could work in pro play it's just in pro play they strategise way too much and play much slower which is why Clove and Neon don't suit the pro play style as the smokes are not long enough and in order to get the real value of Neon you need to play faster.
As a neon main - I fully agree. Neon needs to be completely changed… here’s why. I, SUCK, at valorant… I am TERRIBLE. However. Give me neon, give me 2,200 credits on defense, or 2,300 credits on offense, and I will drop 3 kills any round. And remember, this is coming from the dude who sucks at valorant. I can’t win an iso ult, AS ISO! Yet give me neon, and I will get 3+ kills every round with a shotgun. Not just a judge, but a Bucky. Neon is TOO EASY, to play as. It takes about 30 minutes to MASTER basic movements as her, and then from there, some simple shotgun aim practice while sliding, you will never lose a close range fight. Not to mention!! Her fast lane ability, if coordinated with your team, is better than most initiator or controllers ability to capture a sight!! Neon is broken, neon is the only agent I can win with.
OMG, I'm so on board with Neon being waaaaay too good rn. She's the most annyoing agent to play against and i never see joy in her. Apart from being in the most toxic group of Valorant players (duelists), her movement is way to unpredictible and her first shot accuracy is plain broken
3:15 So Jett actually survived, Ig she's the only one who can pull off the spike escape without needing to have perfect timing (other agents need to like attackers who kill all enemies 3 seconds before spike blast)
I think also what is bad about neon and clove is (i play both of them) they are replacing some agents and making them useless. For an example; clove is basically sage and reyna combined. Neon can stun like breach, can slide which is better than jett's dash i think, place fire walls like harbor. We can agree riot didn't handle this game very well. I would play the first act of the game gratefully in this situation.

Нет, я не скучаю по карте ICEBOX, на ней мне было очень сложно ориентироваться, слишком много открытых пространств. Про агента Neon я полностью согласен, в неё очень сложно попасть, особенно когда она использует ULT. Про Clove я тоже согласен, её нужно удалить, во-первых потому что её часто выбирают и я не могу играть на Brimstone 🙂. Во-вторых её смоки слишком короткие и в атаке у команды мало времени, чтобы выйти на сайт. У меня уже больше 1200 игр на Brimstone и я смог в прошлом акте добраться до Immortal1, хотя я не молод и стреляю не совсем хорошо). Think a way to fix it is either with bans like how R6 does it. Or they can do agent rotations like they do with maps. Might not be as popular can you might not be able to play your favorite agent but they can rework them in the meantime.
I don't think having Neon in the game is a bad idea. I actually think that she belongs in the game as having an agent centered around speed can create some great strategic combos. However I agree on the fact that her passive ability should not refresh after getting a kill. Neon has some counters, basically every agent which forces her to slow down or get isolated (cypher, deadlock, vyse or killjoy in some extent) so she's not overpowered when we only consider her speed. What's really bothering me about Neon though is her ultimate, specifically the fact that you don't need a great aim to easily achieve at least a 3K on every round she has ult. I'm not high rank (gold 1) and my aim is just average but every time I tested Neon, I could get 3K or 4K each round when I had ult by just running on the enemy site by myself, maybe a slower shot rate for the ult could fix that. This is what I find overpowered but the rest seems fine to me.
I agree that it does create some great strategic stuff but the old Neon imo was fine whereas we don't need the buffs for neon. Flanks are now much faster and so are rotations and the fact that it refreshes makes it I guess well imbalanced for all the agents that can't do that. Entrying is also quite ridiculous especially with the ultimate.

Hello. Neon main here. I would probally hate it if neon was removed but for reasons seperate from everyone would think, i guess? I do hate neon, because of her ults rediculous damage and her speed which completely messes up my crosshair placement and fundementals of gunfighting. BUT, I also love playing neon because I used to play csgo and i was a movement player. Being able to pull of precisely timed jumps while maintaining a speed to rotate and catch enemies off guard in cs was so fun and made me feel great. Practicing for over 500 hours and being able to dodge enemy bullets while doing difficult movement and also performing hard skill jumps to get unexpected kills was very satisfying. With neon, I can get to experience some of what csgo used to be before cs2. Dodging enemy bullets is so fun and getting into spots with jumps you cant usually get to gives me them csgo vibes.
Neon buffs thoughts: For her fuel, neon was very bad before, her fuel would run out in what feels like seconds and when you try to use it again after about 10 seconds of recharge, you got to move for another 2 seconds and it ran out again. You could barely use the movement of her sprint before but now you can properly use neon. Before even rotating was impossible, now you can rotate halfway across most map spawns before it runs out. The kill refresh wasn't even worth it before. Also for the kill refresh, it is almost essential for neon, an entry whos job is get in and get out quickly. When i run around slide get a kill and run away, i feel like i used the agent correctly. I get why people dont like the fact that they gave her 2 slides, but before neons came up with their own double slide by sliding and then popping ult which refreshed their slide and then they slide again, which made neon so much cooler. I think they abalanced her out well by taking away 1 of her bouncing stuns, which were very op when positioned correctly.
Neon counters: Cypher trips. Those mf'ing trips i swear. Judge, Odin, Stinger, Vandal/Phantom (If they arent great at dodging), Shorty, Bucky, Ares, Any decay followed by bullets, Any vulnerable followed by bullets, Iso ult, Any blinds followed by bullets, a raze ult, any stuns, Prefires kill a lot, If i had a valorant agent sheet in front of me i could go on and on. I spend most of my rounds dead on the floor. There are a lot of counters to neon but sadly brimstone isn't really one of them.
Neon sided maps: Neon has maps which are better for her and maps which are worse. It's quite obvious when thinking about the weapons i listed in the previous section. Judge odin bucky shorty stinger. Neon cant cope well in tight spaces where her movement is hindered and she is exposed to easy close range angles. Of course, neon's best map, Ice box, doesn't have may close range angles and where there are, there is usually verticle angles to compensate. Which makes neon so strong on that map. A map like ascent has fairly close range gunfights and a couple long range. At long range neon appears moving slower due to the distance so she is easier to hit. Breeze is one of the maps i feel isnt very good for neon because at a distance, such as mid, she can die easily and at the entrances to both sites, there are hard to break trips and corners which makes it difficult to push. Overall, if you play neon, you will realise that there are a lot of hardships playing her since she has to play around her sprint a lot and dodging bullets is HARD.
Finally, a couple things to know about neon: She is very good at scaling onto site after putting up her walls, you can usually bypass it like brim sensei did on lotus and get free kills. She refreshes a slide after using ult. Her ult also refreshes sprint duration. Kills refresh sprint duration, When she has ult, dont play long distance unless you have a operator and are confident. Mollys wont always stop her since she can quickly run through them so dont think its safe after putting once down. Neon is great against medium/long range single fire weapons such as: Sheriff, Guardian, Ghost, Marshal, Outlaw, Operator and classic. Hitting neon AT ALL, slows her movement speed down drastically making her an easy target. When neon is too slow, she cannot slide, so use the moment of hitting her once to quickly reset recoil and spray her before she can slide again. Neon is deadly accurate during her slide so be careful.
To the no one in the comment section who read this... Fair enough, but to my imaginary friends who did, I hope this was helpful in some way and i hope you can see neon a little differently. Thank you for your time.
I read it all! I mean look if I was a Neon main and played Neon I would of course enjoy it too. I just personally feel like with the amount of movement in the game and the importance of it in gun fights it doesn't particularly have its place is all I'm saying. Neon definitely needed the buffs but I think now it's a little out of hand that's all. I don't actually want to see an agents deleted but rather reworked in a way.
I think I would literally never be upset at valorant again if someone reacted that heart warmingly to my game play like that cypher in the first clip

I often solo quene and tried several agents that i felt like did not match my play style but once I started playing Clove it was a perfect match for me as a solo quene player because of having the ability of having impact while dead, the ultimate which allows for aggressive playstyle for doing entry and the self heal. Honestly I have had much more fun playing Val because of clove but I can't wait to hear your side why clove should be vaulted.

really interested to hear your take on Clove, first came out, I only played Clove, they nerfed the ult and heal pretty decent, it was palpable. Super strong kit forsure.
If anything I can see them nerfing the refresh rate on smokes after death, maybe even doubling it, or only allowing 1. the smokes after death are pretty game changing and there is no other character with that kind of impact.

Couldn't agree more about Neon, she's especially game breaking on console where most people, myself included, use a relatively low sensitivity. It's nearly impossible trying to track her while she zooms past you and the fact that she can slide peek you while being accurate is just not fair

They need to rework clove to be a full duelist. The drawback of being a controller is the fact that you can't just peek everything and you have to position yourself better. Having a controller that doesn't have that weakness is game breaking

For the case of Neon, I believe increased movement is fine, however it should come with increased risk. That seems to already be their design Philosophy when it comes to Val anyway, example: Jett Dash Raze Satchel, just running and gunning. These all allow for more mobility at the cost of either putting your weapon away while moving and/or making it so inaccurate it’s practically unusable except at point blank. Neon’s slide, does neither as while you put it away while running, you can just hit the slide button, pull out your gun, make tracking far more difficult and get full accuracy which clearly goes against their prior design philosophy. I thought Neon was fine when it was high risk, high reward however now it seems low risk high reward, especially with 2 slides. I mean Neon ult seems fine compared to chamber ult, raze ult, viper ult, etc. so I personally think Neon’s first bullet accuracy should be removed and potentially increased weapon pull out time. Idk I’m just an idiot online.

I agree with this as a neon main. Also limiting her ult's fire range is probally a good idea too. With those changes i think she would be more balanced. pull out time is crucial to neon though. Even 0.2ms could make the biggest difference so i do not agree with that

I’ve got a solution for neon, make her run get instantly turned off after getting shot once. It’s now a rotation utility. Also (idk if you can already do this) make you be able to walk with it and not make noise but still be faster than knife. These changes will not only make her not break the game but she will also be able to play some mind games. Also remove the slide entirely, switch it out to something else or just replace it with the run ability. Temets will be sad though.
Neon already gets slowed fatally after getting hit so that is basically already in the game. The difficult part is hitting her

@@mrhotdog2229 *if you are air strafing (which good neons do while running) you do not lose any movement speed when taking damage (this is true even without being neon but is crucial to why neon is hard to nail down before they slide even in higher ranks).

I definitely agree that Neon is way too powerful, and specifically with your point about her ult refreshing with a normal kill. Look at Jett. Her ult doesn't refresh after any kill except in her ult form. I also think they either need to remove Neon's second slide or make her slide non-rechargeable. And last, a while ago they buffed Neon's ult damage, and now that people are playing more, she can literally 1 tap to the head with her ult from across breeze mid. I know it's technically 3 shots that it shows in post round report, but her ult shoots so fast that doesn't matter. At this point she's definitely been overturned and needs to be nerfed in some way

The state Neon is right now is something I really want to understand because the character really works as a crutch to bad players and a monster in the hands of good players.. Not even top players can hit her during her run and slide without heavy use of abilities.. Plus something like Reyna or Iso still need you to get kills and be somewhat decent to make work but Neon genuinely makes casual play a nightmare and isn't even that effective in pro play because professionals work together to stop her.. I think Riot's mentality on fixing Jett's dominance as main duelist shouldn't be to create another monster like her and actually improve other duelists (btw I'm personally mad because they nerfed Raze satchels saying it was too fast and kept Neon just like that, fucking double standards)
Yep yep yep. But tbh I think it could work in pro play it's just in pro play they strategise way too much and play much slower which is why Clove and Neon don't suit the pro play style as the smokes are not long enough and in order to get the real value of Neon you need to play faster.
As a neon main - I fully agree. Neon needs to be completely changed… here’s why. I, SUCK, at valorant… I am TERRIBLE. However. Give me neon, give me 2,200 credits on defense, or 2,300 credits on offense, and I will drop 3 kills any round. And remember, this is coming from the dude who sucks at valorant. I can’t win an iso ult, AS ISO! Yet give me neon, and I will get 3+ kills every round with a shotgun. Not just a judge, but a Bucky. Neon is TOO EASY, to play as. It takes about 30 minutes to MASTER basic movements as her, and then from there, some simple shotgun aim practice while sliding, you will never lose a close range fight. Not to mention!! Her fast lane ability, if coordinated with your team, is better than most initiator or controllers ability to capture a sight!! Neon is broken, neon is the only agent I can win with.
OMG, I'm so on board with Neon being waaaaay too good rn. She's the most annyoing agent to play against and i never see joy in her. Apart from being in the most toxic group of Valorant players (duelists), her movement is way to unpredictible and her first shot accuracy is plain broken

I think also what is bad about neon and clove is (i play both of them) they are replacing some agents and making them useless. For an example; clove is basically sage and reyna combined. Neon can stun like breach, can slide which is better than jett's dash i think, place fire walls like harbor. We can agree riot didn't handle this game very well. I would play the first act of the game gratefully in this situation.

Нет, я не скучаю по карте ICEBOX, на ней мне было очень сложно ориентироваться, слишком много открытых пространств.
Про агента Neon я полностью согласен, в неё очень сложно попасть, особенно когда она использует ULT.
Про Clove я тоже согласен, её нужно удалить, во-первых потому что её часто выбирают и я не могу играть на Brimstone 🙂. Во-вторых её смоки слишком короткие и в атаке у команды мало времени, чтобы выйти на сайт.
У меня уже больше 1200 игр на Brimstone и я смог в прошлом акте добраться до Immortal1, хотя я не молод и стреляю не совсем хорошо).

Good take on the current Neon, definitely needs some kind of balancing.
Think a way to fix it is either with bans like how R6 does it. Or they can do agent rotations like they do with maps. Might not be as popular can you might not be able to play your favorite agent but they can rework them in the meantime.

I don't think having Neon in the game is a bad idea. I actually think that she belongs in the game as having an agent centered around speed can create some great strategic combos. However I agree on the fact that her passive ability should not refresh after getting a kill. Neon has some counters, basically every agent which forces her to slow down or get isolated (cypher, deadlock, vyse or killjoy in some extent) so she's not overpowered when we only consider her speed. What's really bothering me about Neon though is her ultimate, specifically the fact that you don't need a great aim to easily achieve at least a 3K on every round she has ult. I'm not high rank (gold 1) and my aim is just average but every time I tested Neon, I could get 3K or 4K each round when I had ult by just running on the enemy site by myself, maybe a slower shot rate for the ult could fix that. This is what I find overpowered but the rest seems fine to me.
I agree that it does create some great strategic stuff but the old Neon imo was fine whereas we don't need the buffs for neon. Flanks are now much faster and so are rotations and the fact that it refreshes makes it I guess well imbalanced for all the agents that can't do that. Entrying is also quite ridiculous especially with the ultimate.
