This version of the song blew me away when I first heard it in high school. The lo-fi audio quality adds to the nocturnal atmosphere. The buzzing in the background makes me think of crickets chirping in the evening.
Don't think it beats the Neu Products Era version personally but I love how slow this one is. It's the perfect song to stretch out as much as possible.
