I did this but the test dpc app said I had to charge first. But why you reset again?

Alvin Waithe, yes. Should be at 85% to be able to encrypt with test dpc.
As far as resetting, because I had test dpc installed and other frp Apps removing tools on it that I tried earlier.
Resetting to factory settings was just an easier way for me so I give it back to the owner without any remnants of outside apps.

Alvin Waithe yes. You should be able to reset to factory... and it won’t ask for accounts.
