How to Melt Silver and Brass, did it work?

My friend and I accumulated some silver and brass and wanted to use it as the first batch to be used with my smelting furnace. Well this was 100% a new experience for me and was a learning curve.
Do not try this at home if you are not comfortable with the setting and take lots of precautions.
