For MotoGeo's next adventure Jamie Robinson headed for Spain, where he jumped on the new Ducati Multistrada S and took off on a 4 day adventure, España style.
Setting off from Europe's highest capital city, Madrid, in wintery weather, the plan was simple, head south into better weather, then discover the flavors of one of Europe's most colorful countries on roads and trails made for motorcycles.

Viva España!
For course, I miss racing everyday, but that's in my past, now I love all aspects of motorcycling, esp traveling and inspiring other to get a motorbike. Really it is all the same - racing, traveling, MX, riding to work - its all lots of fun on 2wheels!

Yes Juan, I rode the 'Picos de Europa' and it was totally amazing! One of the best roads I have even had the pleasure of riding, it was so good I rode it back the opposite way :) Amazing, I hope to be back to ride it again someday

Jamie, have you considered doing a joint trip and video with Nick Sanders.? I think two northern lads with engaging personalities and some great biking experiences under their belts would make compulsive viewing.

I was wondering if Jamie would express his say about corrida, I thought "no, he wouldn't put personal opinions in a national matter such as the corrida" but he did.
As an animal lover, he doesn't quite agree with it.

Good video showing a not so known part of Spain (between Extremadura and La Mancha). There are plenty of routes all over the country to discover (castles, windmills, small villages, beautiful landscapes, ...)
I live near the area of Puebla de Alcocer and I am so sorry that your accomodation wasn't that good. There are much better options, though.
The music at the beginning is not quite Spanish but the one that sounds from minute 10:14 on is quite nice! Could you please tell me the name of the band and the song? I love it!
To conclude, just thank you for your great work showing beautiful landscapes and adventures on two wheels. Your videos are a real joy!

You should have been riding a Bultaco! ;) The Ducati is an awesome machine though, and that was a fantastic video!
I don't know if you did that on purpose but one of the songs, while you are riding says "Estoy vivo y así lo siento" meaning "I'm alive and so I feel myself".

Excelente Vídeo... Si circulas por las carreteras de Málaga, visitando sus pueblos, su gastronomía, quedaras hechizado y atrapado en su encanto natural.
hay carreteras muy rutaras por motocicletas...Pueblos como por ejemplo---> Ronda, Parque Natural los Montes de Málaga, Alora, Viñuela, Comares y demas pueblos.
Si algún día decides vistar Málaga-Andalucía-España. Te quedara esta ciudad y su gente en el corazón.

Wow you really opened my eyes to Spain Jamie. I always skipped Spain when i was looking for a place to go on vacation, so i mostly ended up in Italy. Spain will definetly be a trip someday, on the slow Transalp, but ill get there! Thanks! Ever been to Belgium? Most boring motorcycle country in europe i think..
Spain is probably the best biking country on earth. I used to guide motorcycle tours there and it's hard to beat.

As a regular traveler to Spain I was looking forward to seeing this beautiful country. A bit disappointed really. Spain has so much more to offer. You didn’t do this country any favours that’s for sure. I don’t often give a thumbs down 👎 but it’s deserved here.

I would like to ask if its true that yiu cannot lock the side panniers? I mean you can lock it on the bike but you cannot lock the panniers it self?
You can indeed lock the panniers. I have a set on my Yamaha super tenere adventure motorbike. The lock is secure enough, but if someone wants into your panniers, they could.

In his other videos he's had other riders with him. I don't think a car could handle some of the trails he uses.
