It's Ecovacs, doesn't matter what type of robots are, they are all having the same problem with the app, mapping display, navigation and distortion of the maps ... I've been using Ecovacs T8 for 4 years now and always have to reload the map to rid of map distortion problem Ecovacs is the company having the worst app and never wanted to fix (or they do not know how to fix it or the CEO or Chairman of the company is the one leading the software department LoL) Ecovacs X1, T8, T9, T10 are working and reliable mechanically with app's map issue but X2, T20, T30 are the worst ,,,stay away!
