I am always amazed how calm Perez is on the radio. Like, Leclerc crashed into him and he was not swearing or anything, he was pretty calm. In general, whenever he is on a team radio, he rarely (if it happens at any time) sounds stressed.
Experience, ok we just crashed, check if the car ok while i recover ASAP. There is no need to waste time swearing and elevating your hearth rate, better be calm because you drive better and think way better when you are calm. Another way of getting anger out of you is driving to the max instead of swearing. But still calm...

Gasly and Pérez are the reasons we watch F1. Endless respect to Lewis and the Mercedes team supporting him, who show up and perform at their absolute best, week after week after week. But the overwhelming emotion of listening to a driver win their first race against all odds, or even their first podium (Checo wasn't the only teary one on that radio)...those are the moments that you really watch for. That's what makes it all worth it. If he can't get a seat next year, then I absolutely hope he's got something lined up for '22. Another YT channel on team radio for Sakhir had a Mercedes engineer criticizing Bottas very openly with a phrase like "even despite the problems we should do better than this, we should do better than this". He seems to forget the team cost Bottas more than 30 seconds. First, it took them forever to call him to box after they replaced Russell's tires. Russell was about 3 secs in front before the stops. The gap grew to 9 secs when Bottas returned to race. Then the double stack. Bottas has to wait his turn, then the team fumbles for 28 seconds to remove and put back the same tires he came in with. He was the senior driver in the team this weekend and should have gotten more respect IMO.

Underrated drivers : ocon and kvyat
Another YT channel on team radio for Sakhir had a Mercedes engineer criticizing Bottas very openly with a phrase like "even despite the problems we should do better than this, we should do better than this". He seems to forget the team cost Bottas more than 30 seconds. First, it took them forever to call him to box after they replaced Russell's tires. Russell was about 3 secs in front before the stops. The gap grew to 9 secs when Bottas returned to race. Then the double stack. Bottas has to wait his turn, then the team fumbles for 28 seconds to remove and put back the same tires he came in with. He was the senior driver in the team this weekend and should have gotten more respect IMO.
