I don't usually comment but I wanted to tell you that the table is stunning .. reminds me of a map or globe .. you are extremely talented David .. I look forward to seeing much more of your art 😀
6:22 The attention to detail in this video is outstanding. Every step is explained thoroughly, making it easy for beginners like me to follow along. Kudos to the creator!
Great job. Can’t say I understand the pedestal though. Im curious, why do all that great segmenting just to color it black? Regardless, this table is beautiful!
Hello David, it's a shame to have chosen wood with magnificent relief and to use such a dark resin which hides all these beauties as well as the pronounced eccentricity of the elements which causes irregularities in the segments after filming. I am your channel. See you soo
I would have left rhe piece of wood complete to make a bigger table. Plus the resin is to dark to show of the wood and the grain. What a pity. But the idea for the table stand is a great - but not the black color. I would have applied a finish Lieke wax only.

I love the dark and the contrast of the light wood top showing all the the woods different beautiful possibilities! No shame in your game!!

And do all the wood turning inside the pedestal only to cover it.
The answer will be rathe simple :) Black cover mistakes well :) I had many imperfections with the segmented rings what I did not like.
Absolutely mind-blowing work, love it!!!

Wow amazing work 👏👏👏Gorgeous table 👍👀 Just wondering - all to together, how long did that lovely project take? 🤩
Thank you so much 😀 Probably about 25-30hrs
Like it, but being so dark spoils it. My preference is light colours.
That's beautiful! How long did it take you to make the base to the table? Looks like a lot of patience is needed. You're so talented!
Thank you so much 😀 Well, due to the complex base it took well over 25 hrs
Класс!!! 👍👍👍
👍👍👍👍
What's the make model of the router jig ur using

hey, due to some imperfections in the segmented rings I went with black dye to cover up :)
What is the name and brand of the color you use?
it was from black diamond chameleon pigments. But do not remember which one

Thanks for watching and feedback
?@#?$?$ the use of opaque epoxy in this project makes ZERO sense.!
