It’s so sad but after they get the build they want they’ll stop drinking water even up to three days which is incredibly dangerous because the dehydration causes their muscles to be more defined and sculpted. It’s terrifying to think about it. I’m so glad he ok though. Honestly abs and stuff mean NOTHING if they get hurt or sick or worse.
