You'd be surprised how much this video means to me. I've been feeling lost lately. Like I've lost myself. I suffer with depression and its gone pretty bad lately. My counsellor said I need to do something for me for once. So I chose to listen to this and relax. It's now become a way to get to sleep, a way to wind down, a way to help me come back from anger, even my cleaning song 😂 it feels like there should be more to life than this daily struggle to survive and this video, helps me freeze the moment where the struggle stops. I dont believe in God or any higher power, just us, ourselves, our minds. This video helps me get rid of all my negative thoughts and go somewhere better for a while. The mind is a powerful thing, but sometimes it just needs some help. Thanks guys. The sound of water makes it perfect for me.

Meditating to this sound for 20 minutes actually generated an idea for how I’m eventually going to start my alternative school probably twenty years from now. For this I am eternally grateful.
