Hi SJ! I just had my first daughter 2 weeks ago and YOU named her! We decided to go with Azalea Rose! We completely fell in love with the name when you suggested it and I wanted to thank you so much for your help! 💜
Again not pregnant not planning on being pregnant because I'm gonna be 16 but I still love u and your videos there so cute and a really nice type of aesthetic to it💛
Same, girl. I'm 22 and not planning on having a baby any time soon or at all, but I've been obsessed with SJ videos for years and now my friend who's addicted to The SIMS keeps asking me for suggestion cause I'm an expert at this point 😂😂😂
The names on her list I love are Esme and Naomi and Layla (but I know a Layla so I’d spell it Leila). I know a Nova, an Emersyn (a girl), a Rosemary (goes by Rosie), an Eloise, a Molly, a Penelope (goes by PK for her first/middle initials but also works with her last name initial) and an older lady named Lois
Yes I need this!!!!! I want hispanic names but can’t find any I like. So far I have Emerson (boy), Beckham and Elizabeth (I didn’t pick her name buy I love it)
ha ha ha! I've done that before!!! Literally so funny! And that combo, in another few days I'll be with you in the cycle and will come back for a sob xxxx
Esme: I really like it but it's a little popular for me Ingrid: love it so so much! I also like Astrid so I like that sound Nova: I really like it because of the sound and the origin. But again so popular! Emerson: I also really liked the name Emerson when I was younger, but my sister's name is Emma and I don't want to name a baby after her Juliette: love it as a middle name but not particularly as a first name, but Lettie would be a cute nickname. Like Margot a lot! Rosemary: I quite like it, but one of my coworkers is from Puerto Rico and her name is Rosmari pronounced similarly so I don't think I'd use it any time soon. Don't love Sage. Winnie: like Winslet and Winslow, but don't like Winnie on its own. My sister's nursery was Winnie the Pooh themed so that's an idea. Eloise: I am in love with this name! I love love love E names, particularly El names. Laura/Lara: very 90s name where I'm from so I don't think it's time for a comeback just yet, but I quite like Lyra Molly: one of my favorite vintage names and one of the few "nickname" names that I love as a first name Naomi: quite like it, but I've met a few people called Naomi/Noemi so I wouldn't use it Penelope: love love love it! But it's so popular I don't want my kid to be one of 5 and have to be called Penelope S Ivy: beautiful! I went to school with an Ivie-Fleur. I want to have ivy as a wedding decoration as well Layla/Leila: not my favorite but it sounds beautiful Lois: not ready for a comeback yet but I follow someone on Instagram whose middle daughter's name is Lois. They mostly call her Lolo. She's adorable and carefree Audrinna: quite like it with one N like Audrina Patridge Piper: one of my favorites! Zaira: beautiful and I love Zara so quite possible for me Elovie: love elodie but I'm not sure about the v Marigold: cute Artemis: love Meg: not for me Cruz: love it for boys! Zella: not for me Merryn: love it so so much! I wouldn't use any of the next ones Tuesday: really like it actually Stevie: went to school with the coolest girl named Stevie highly recommend Jinaan: so so pretty and unique! Nayeli: very pretty
Esmée in French would still be pronounced Es-May, that's the sound the é makes :) Funny story: my name's Romy, and when I started my new job the other new girl was called Juliet. It really didn't click to me why that was funny until we were introduced to people together and they all started laughing :D My niece is Penelope and it really suits her - quite headstrong and individual but pretty too. I love Eloise, I also like Melody, Rosalie, Heidi but I think my favourite is still Phoebe :)
Ahh that's helpful thank you! I wasn't sure where the Es-Meeeee pronunciation came from :-) I love the name Romy and yes Phoebe!!! SO beautiful and perfect for this list x
Trust me when you actually get pregnant those lists shrink fast! haha. I've got 2 girls and it took us SO long to choose #2's name. We had Harley Iylah Joy and wanted something neutral but still pretty, so in the end we chose Emmerson Maisie Grace. Discussed having a #3 and the list is now nonexistent lol x
We love the name Nova and have been considering it for years, but I notice it becoming more and more popular. A great alternative is Nola, slightly less used but still very lovely. We also really love Viva. It has that strong V sound in the middle like Nova and the soft a at the end like Nova and Nola.
Fun fact: basil was Sacagawea's (the woman Lewis and Clark owed everything to) son's name. He was her only child and he's buried next to her in Wyoming.
I am currently crushing on “Ren” it’s gender neutral but I love love love it for a little girl and it means water-lily in Japanese as well as a fairly subtle Star Wars reference!
My bf loves Star Wars, but I do not watch them. If I heard the name and knew you had seen or liked Star Wars, I would think you took it from that immediately personally. (Not a bad thing) just think the connection strong if you really like Star Wars. Very cute for sure. I also like Wren. I actually heard Ren on Even Stevens if you ever watched that.
Absolutely love names and meanings! I have just been bingeing the whole series on hubby's account!! I'm ready for baby number 2 because I have so many names I need to use!! Would lovelovelove an Arabic list at some point! Big love to you and your gorgeous family, Oceana 🧡🧡🧡🧡
My grandmother was named Ivory Estelle I've always thought it was such a beautiful and unique name. Actually all 6 of her brothers and sisters had really beautiful unique names but I think hers was always my favorite. She raised me so she was very special to me. I plan on using it if I ever have a daughter. I have 2 boys and was a little disappointed when I found out their sex since I wouldn't be able to use the name.
I love names that everyone knows how to pronounce, but are not very common! So this is a great list for me! I am currently pregnant with a little girl and plan to name her Wendy. I also loved the names Felicity, Melody, and Lynnea!
My name is Lakin (lay-ken) and I love having a unique name. I don't see my name too often, but do see Larkin more frequently. I would love to see more videos with this same theme. I think this is the sweet spot for so many of us!
Lakin. My Name is Saffron And I dearly love my unique name. It's not a person's name. Thank God, My parents named me after the Cheap herb 🌿 in the Bible the Spice. I've seen my name on two list. It's your fall color mixed in with autumn colors. I'm glad they don't consider my name as a human name. Even though I've met some Saffron's They love their name also. 'I don't want my name to become popular.
I absolutely love this particular list! Such sweet and beautiful names! I would really love to see you do a list of popular boys and girls names from the 19th century. Some of the names from back then could be a little bit strange at times. Thanks for another great video!
My grandmother's middle name was Winifred, and I've often thought of using it... but she hated the names, first and middle, and always said "don't you dare..." so I feel like I can't. How to honour someone who didn't like her name is a real conundrum! I've wondered if she would have been okay with the name Winnie alone, rather than Winifred, but I will never know. :) Such a great list, SJ!
Hi SJ I am from New Zealand and I love your baby name videos. I have 4 wonderful children 1 boy and 3 girls. Arlo Finn Evermont (8) Delilah Fleur Evermont (5) and twins Angelina Maple Evermont (2) Adaline Posie Evermont (2) I also love the names Ellowyn (Ell o win) cute nickname could be Winnie or Ellie Lyra (lie ra)
Yes I am so happy to be back to normal. I am from Wellington. I heard the name Arlo and fell in love with it. I also loved Oswin, Romeo, Alby and Casper.
Clara, we just posted a video with ILLEGAL and Banned baby names! Some of them are absurd. Please check it out on our channel when you have the time! Emerson is a great one!
I love the names Elowen (nickname would be Winnie), Arbour (like Harbor), Juliet, Rowan, indie, Sylvie and Berlin for girls 💕 And for boys they’re a little more generic, Declan, August, Luca, Forrest, Flynn, Coast, and Arlo💙
here are some names i love with awesome nicknames and meanings: boys: matteo, it means 'gift of god' and nicknames are 'matt' and 'matty' samuel, it means 'name of god' and nicknames are 'sammy' and 'sam' salem, it means 'peace' and a nickname would be 'sae' saul, i looove this name and it means 'protected be god'. I don't know how it is pronounced. maybe 'soul'? these are all hebrew/biblical names ;)) girls: helena, it means 'bright/shining light' and a nickname would be 'lena' florence, it means 'blossom' and a nickname would be 'flossie' India, named after the country :) a nickname would be 'indy' evangeline, don't know the meaning but a nickname is 'evie' juniper, my fav!! Nickname: June hope you like some X which is your favourite? I loveee nicknames!!
I'm from Nova Scotia Canada which means " New Scotland " I've heard so many people naming their kids or dogs out here named Nova , I even met a Scotia once .
Nice! Love both those names. We just posted a video with ILLEGAL and Banned baby names! Some of them are absurd. Please check it out on our channel when you have the time!
I love Nova! I'd love to use that or Novalie if I ever have a girl. Also, I was doing a virtual quiz this week and one of the questions was "what was Juliet's surname?" We went for Montague because Juliet Capulet sounded wrong!!!
Yes I always had them the other way around! It made sense like their surnames switched making them perfect couple! ha ha! I'm glad it's not just me :-) x
I really love the name nova and novalie and it was on my list for a couple of years but then sadly my aunt and uncle had a baby and named her novalee so now I can’t use it
I love Araminta! I actually know a woman named Aminta which is where it came from and that's quite pretty too. She always has to repeat it though but still a great name!
I love Eloise and Ivy all these names are perfect tho not too common but not too out there✨ I also love cecily for this list! You look beautiful as ever SJ xx
I’ve been watching your videos since last year and since I am now having a little girl I’ve been watching every week. I can’t remember which of your lists it was on (and I think it’s only been on one, that I can see) but me and my husband just love Paisley. No name has came close so far. I also live in Australia and it’s ranked in the 300s here. 💕💕
I can vouch for the name Ingrid! I find it very uncommon but still well known. It’s true, it’s not flowy but it has a strength and a vintage euro regal style about it!
I loved Nova for a girl when I was pregnant with my 2nd back in 2014 and everyone shot it down saying it's not a name it's a car! Glad it's getting noticed as a name now as it is lovely
That's the way mom said everyone did when she told them she were going to name me Saffron if I was a Girl, They said that's not a person's name. That's a herb name. Saffron spice. My name is in the Bible as a cheap herb 🌿 its also your fall Color's. Mixed in with autumn. Well she name me Saffron anyways 🤪 And I'm Glad. Name your Baby what u like. If u hear a name u like for your Baby Name it that. It's your Baby!! Don't let people name your Baby! They Can give you an ideal.
@@saffronwetter7944 absolutely well said! We named him Hunter which still surprisingly raises eyebrows but we love it even though everyone told us how much they hated it 😂
Just recently heard the name Embla in a story of Norse mythology. She was the first woman named after the elm tree and the first man was called Ash. Had never heard the name Embla and it's very different and beautiful I think.
my fav baby name list🥺 my personal favs ever:Delilah(omg all time FAV), Thalia, Rosemarie, Elsie(for Marilyn Monroe character in one of her movies🤍), Marilyn obviously, Grace(bc of the meaning), Iris, Blake and there has to be more from different cultures! names that i want to use: Juliet(definitely, and it means youth), Vivian(or Vivianne), Olive(I love Olivia but I feel like it’s so common) boys: Ocean, River, Forrest, Fox, Hawk, Victor(for victory) and Sage(it suits for both girl and a boy!)
I have a 6 week old Eloise Lynne! We loved the name because it feels vintage but sounds modern! We also love that it’s a nod to my husband’s grandma Lois and Lynne was my mom’s middle name :)
You've mentioned some of my goats' names in the past several videos! I have goats named Mirabelle, Ivy, Ruby, Felix, and Rosemary! I love all of those names for people too, but they are names my husband would veto. Maybe I'll find inspiration for next year's kids in your videos!
@@SJ_Strum thank you so much! I just love the sound of them... my name is Isabel Anya. I love Anya and usually go by Bella just because I love the sound at the end x
My fave girl names at the moment: Molly, Tessa, Hannah Some “guilty pleasure” names for me: Clover, Tabitha, Collins Eta: thanks for the great video as usual 🤗
My dog's name is Molly. I know not a child, but she is my baby (as I am unable to have children). It suits her so much, people tell me all the time how pretty she is, and her name just really suits. She is a German Shepherd x Staffy so she is a very interesting looking dog. I love the name and I love her.
I love having the name Hannah. It’s fun having a name that is spelled the same backwards. It doesn’t get pronounced wrong either, which is really nice!
Ahhh I absolutely love this list, my great grandmother’s name is Ivy and it is my middle name. My faves at the moment are Florence, Ellowen, Willow and Olive 💛
Quite love the E names, Eloise, Ezrie, etc. We're using Elowen with this baby nn Winnie! I hear the reference winnie the pooh however my great grandma was a first grade teacher and had the AA Milne books, I read them many times at her home growing up and it's a great way to commemorate her.
Hi Sj, I am not planning on having kids ANY time soon but I love your videos! I work at a local dance school part time so I hear a lot of names but you still manage to come up with ones that I've never heard!!! I love Ingrid and Leonie. 💗
Hi SJ! Your comment on Margot and Juliet made me smile. My daughter’s name is Margaux (I am French) and it took us forever to decide between Margaux and Juliette!!
Naomi was my grandmother’s name. She too was brutally honest. 😅 I love Penelope and Nova! Definitely interested in Japanese names (my SO is 1/4th Japanese).
The girls names I've been LOVING lately is Lise. It's a French name and pronounced Leez. I first heard it in the musical An American in Paris and I LOVE it!! ❤ also Liza is a super cute variation
hey SJ! I love your videos, not because im about to have a baby anytime soon, im 13, but I just love baby names! I was also just wondering if you could do one with names from the hunger games?
I'm 5 months pregnant with a girl, and we have decided to name her Brynn (loved it for years), I'm just stuck on a middle name! I like Elise or Noelle.
Hiya👋🏻 I’ve got a 9 and a half month old daughter named Ariella-Rose (pronounced are-ee-ella)🥰 I’m obsessed with unique names, love watching your videos❤️
There’s an Esme here😁 love your videos and I also don’t like common names. I wanted a super unique but Spanish name for my daughter. I went with one that I only heard once my whole life. I would tell you but you would fall in love with it lol
Hi SJ! I was wondering if you can do more Saxon girl names. On your previous video the names and the meaning were amazing... and I just want to see if you could come up with more!
I’m egyptian and I have never heard the name zaira in Arabic. So I researched a bit and here’s what I found: Zaira is actually not an Arabic name according to arabic websites although it’s Arabic according to other english websites which is quite confusing. It means princess, dawn, and brightness. An Arabic alternative is Zahra which means rose or my own name Zeina which means beauty.
I love different, unique and uncommon names. I have a little girl Destry Quinn and am currently waiting for my second girl Melody Sky to be born. Great list ♥️
I love seeing your posts, SJ. Some of the names that I love are Sveva (Italian) , Svana (meaning Swan in Icelandic) and Katla (the name of one of the Icelandic Volcanoes) - A friend of mine who lives in Iceland happens to have a daughter with BOTH of those names (Svana Katla). I also love the names Greta, Bryn, Ursula, and Amalia.
I have a friend with children named Nova (g), Temperance (g), & Montgomery (b)! I have a niece named Audra Eloise! Brothers are Marcus, Isaac, & Joel. Lara is so pretty and underrated! I have a niece named Taylor Naomi! Penlope and Layla are in our top 10 in the US now! I think most people have no idea how popular Penelope is! I think Ivy is headed quickly toward our top 20 as well! I adore the name Lois! It's my paternal grandma's name (that's who the niece of mine that is Audra Eloise is named for), and it has a wonderful biblical association! Great middle name choice if you think it's too dated for a first name!
Hi SJ when you next do one of these videos can you add the name annalise. It is my name and its meaning is 'graced with god's bounty'. It comes from the latin origin. I love your vids btw
The funny thing is Esmee (written like that) is a very common name in the Netherlands, there are a lot of women of about 50 and above that are called Ingrid as well. So it sounds old-fashioned to me! It's so funny to me how your perception of names can differ so much depending on where you're from ( or who you know who is called so) ❤️
I know I’m so late to this video but Lois is 1000% going to be my first girl (if I’m so lucky). It was my great grandmother’s name and the more I learn about her, the more I love the name!❤️
Hi SJ! I just had my first daughter 2 weeks ago and YOU named her! We decided to go with Azalea Rose! We completely fell in love with the name when you suggested it and I wanted to thank you so much for your help! 💜
Ahh that's so amazing! I love it so so much - what a lucky little lady :-)) Thanks so much for telling me xxx
Congratulations on your little flower!
Congrats! I almost named my baby daughter azalea
@@phantomvampyressshadowkiss4690 *named

Am I the only one who panics when SJ mentions a name you love!? Like shhh SJ don’t spread it around 😆
Exactly! Haha!
Again not pregnant not planning on being pregnant because I'm gonna be 16 but I still love u and your videos there so cute and a really nice type of aesthetic to it💛
Thanks so much for watching Amelia! I've always loved baby names! x
Amelia

I'm 48 but I'm very immature
Grover Marchand that’s a mood 😔
anyone else have a long list of baby names on their phone, mostly with names from these videos, when they’re not even in a relationship lol??
Yep!!! I’ve had a baby name list on my phone since I was 11 😅😅
Me!!!
👍
same, I’m 14 now and started my baby name list a couple of years ago, I probably have hundreds of names haha
im 16 now and have had one since i was 13 when i didnt even think i wanted any kids ever. i just like names lol
When she realized Esme would not work:”I’m kind of gutted for my imaginary baby” 😂 the most relatable statement
I can't believe I hadn't thought of it!! - sad times! ;-) x
my sisters name is esme!
I’m literally 17 and not planning on having a baby anytime soon but i just love baby names! your videos are so good and they help me name my sims!!
Lol same!!
Thanks so much Emily! OMG I totally missed the SIMS stage and sounds like it would be totally my bag! ha ha! xxx
SJ Strum haha your sims definitely would have had amazing names!

okay when you started talking about herbal names, for some reason i thought of a girl named Cilantro even though i think that would be horrible 😂

It's not a person's name. Thank God,
My parents named me after the Cheap herb 🌿 in the Bible
the Spice.
I've seen my name on two list.
It's your fall color mixed in with autumn colors.
I'm glad they don't consider my name as a human name.
Even though I've met some Saffron's
They love their name also.
'I don't want my name to become popular.
I absolutely love this particular list! Such sweet and beautiful names! I would really love to see you do a list of popular boys and girls names from the 19th century. Some of the names from back then could be a little bit strange at times. Thanks for another great video!
Lorelai, Elinor, aurora, belle evangeline, Maeve, Isabelle are for sure my favorite names! Timeless and girly and a tiny bit vintage!
Ahhh I kind of love the story though! Winnie is lovely and passes it on with a great tale to link them! xx
My mum hated her name Suzanne, so I plan to honour her by using her favourite colour- violet ☺️
Hi SJ I am from New Zealand and I love your baby name videos. I have 4 wonderful children 1 boy and 3 girls. Arlo Finn Evermont (8) Delilah Fleur Evermont (5) and twins Angelina Maple Evermont (2) Adaline Posie Evermont (2)
I also love the names
Ellowyn (Ell o win) cute nickname could be Winnie or Ellie
Lyra (lie ra)
Ah Congrats on being Covid Free! I read the news this morning and felt so happy for everyone :-) xxxThose are the most perfect names x
Oh I love Arlo for a boy! And yay for us being Covid free (I'm also in NZ)!
Yes I am so happy to be back to normal. I am from Wellington. I heard the name Arlo and fell in love with it. I also loved Oswin, Romeo, Alby and Casper.
Minnie small world - a fellow Wellingtonian here! 😂
@iloveperfume Wow that’s so weird
I love Lois, Lara, Ivy, Juliet, and Winnie! I was talking to my husband the other day about Emerson. Great video!
Lois is my sisters names and I think it's just so unique and beautiful
Clara, we just posted a video with ILLEGAL and Banned baby names! Some of them are absurd. Please check it out on our channel when you have the time! Emerson is a great one!
I love the names Elowen (nickname would be Winnie), Arbour (like Harbor), Juliet, Rowan, indie, Sylvie and Berlin for girls 💕 And for boys they’re a little more generic, Declan, August, Luca, Forrest, Flynn, Coast, and Arlo💙
These names are so gorgeous omg
My twin girls are called Sylvie and Elowen 😍
here are some names i love with awesome nicknames and meanings:
boys:
matteo, it means 'gift of god' and nicknames are 'matt' and 'matty'
samuel, it means 'name of god' and nicknames are 'sammy' and 'sam'
salem, it means 'peace' and a nickname would be 'sae'
saul, i looove this name and it means 'protected be god'. I don't know how it is pronounced. maybe 'soul'?
these are all hebrew/biblical names ;))
girls:
helena, it means 'bright/shining light' and a nickname would be 'lena'
florence, it means 'blossom' and a nickname would be 'flossie'
India, named after the country :) a nickname would be 'indy'
evangeline, don't know the meaning but a nickname is 'evie'
juniper, my fav!! Nickname: June
hope you like some X
which is your favourite? I loveee nicknames!!
Saul is pronounced like Paul, just with an s at the beginning
I'm from Nova Scotia Canada which means " New Scotland " I've heard so many people naming their kids or dogs out here named Nova , I even met a Scotia once .
I would love to get a duck toller and name her Nova lol 😆
It’s the way I remember it, Juliet and Capulet rhyme! And Montague has the m in it which is in the middle of Romeo!
Yes I always had them the other way around! It made sense like their surnames switched making them perfect couple! ha ha! I'm glad it's not just me :-) x
I really love the name nova and novalie and it was on my list for a couple of years but then sadly my aunt and uncle had a baby and named her novalee so now I can’t use it
There was a girl at my primary school called Araminta who went by Minty! Always thought that was pretty unique. X
I love Araminta! I actually know a woman named Aminta which is where it came from and that's quite pretty too. She always has to repeat it though but still a great name!
It reminds me of the character Araminta in Crazy Rich Asians
I love Eloise and Ivy all these names are perfect tho not too common but not too out there✨ I also love cecily for this list! You look beautiful as ever SJ xx
Cecily!! I'm loving that name and see it on SO many boards :-) Thank you Freya, I love how you always make me feel so happy! xxxxx
SJ Strum Cecily is one of my friends sisters names so pretty and honestly you deserve the world xx
I adored so many of the names on this list! Esme is so breathtaking. And I love the suggestion of Tuesday!
I love SJ... I'm not having a kid anytime soon but I just feel so GOOD and happy watching these videos.
I loved Nova for a girl when I was pregnant with my 2nd back in 2014 and everyone shot it down saying it's not a name it's a car! Glad it's getting noticed as a name now as it is lovely
That's the way mom said everyone did when she told them she were going to name me Saffron if I was a Girl,
They said that's not
a person's name.
That's a herb name.
Saffron spice.
My name is in the Bible as a cheap herb 🌿 its also your fall Color's.
Mixed in with autumn. Well she name me Saffron anyways 🤪
And I'm Glad.
Name your Baby what u like.
If u hear a name u like for your Baby
Name it that.
It's your Baby!!
Don't let people name your Baby!
They Can give you an ideal.
@@saffronwetter7944 absolutely well said! We named him Hunter which still surprisingly raises eyebrows but we love it even though everyone told us how much they hated it 😂
I went to school with an ‘Ixia’ (“Ix-ee-ah”), it’s a flower name. I wondered if you’d heard of it!
Just recently heard the name Embla in a story of Norse mythology. She was the first woman named after the elm tree and the first man was called Ash. Had never heard the name Embla and it's very different and beautiful I think.
That’s really cute! I named one of my puppies “Elmla”, after a bonsai Elm tree I had! The meaning is little Elm :)
I just had a baby girl in April and named her Eloise Lucille 💕
My cousin and his wife named their daughter Emerson, and another cousin named her daughter Emerson, too. Very cute!
hi

Some “guilty pleasure” names for me: Clover, Tabitha, Collins
Eta: thanks for the great video as usual 🤗
OMG Collins!!!! I just want to rename myself! xx
SJ Strum glad you like it!! 😆😘
Tabitha is a great name, just saying... Only met 2 others so far and one was from Africa. I'm 35+ in Australia
Ahhh I absolutely love this list, my great grandmother’s name is Ivy and it is my middle name. My faves at the moment are Florence, Ellowen, Willow and Olive 💛
MY daughters name is Florence Elowen Anne 😂 and my Puppy is Willow
Robynn Anne such beautiful names, I love it ❤️
Quite love the E names, Eloise, Ezrie, etc.
My best friend in school was Naomi called her nai , love the name Cora , Vera , Alma , ..love baby name Monday
Ah yes we call her Nai and I forgot to say her nickname is Mimi which I think she likes! I've never asked!!
Moooo
Naomi is my 1 year old daughters name 😍 I’ve loved it since i was a pre teen & now it’s hard to choose one that goes well w Naomi for baby girl #2
My daughter’s name is Naomi. It’s her first birthday today! We call her Noemí, Nomi, Nomes, Nay, NayNay and Nena.
Natasha Rose Same! That’s my one year old’s mane too. I’m thinking Naara, Noel or even Eden.
Where did you get your jumper?!? Sorry so off topic but I need it 💕
My name is Lara, it's so cool to hear you talk about it as nobody ever really mentions it! As a 23 year old I still love it :)
Naomi was my grandmother’s name. She too was brutally honest. 😅 I love Penelope and Nova! Definitely interested in Japanese names (my SO is 1/4th Japanese).
Maybe you can name her Penelope Madeleine so you can nickname her Penny Lane hehe
nova! wow beautiful name ❤
I’d like to request names meaning faith/religious but not overtly obvious faith names 😁
the name Nevaeh (pronounced nev-ay-ah or nev-ay) is a gorgeous name! it is heaven backwards x
Leonie Claridge No....Nope. Neveah is an immediate trailer trash name
Brooke Cale well i like it.. 😂:)
I love heaven or haven
I have two beautiful girls Saskia and Astrid 😍 just found your channel Definitely subscribing for any future babies
I love the name Juliet, but spelled Juliette, with a cute nickname of Ettie. So cute
You remind me so much of Emily Norris here on RUclips. Like sisters ☺️ And you look a bit like Saoirse Ronan too!!
The girls names I've been LOVING lately is Lise. It's a French name and pronounced Leez. I first heard it in the musical An American in Paris and I LOVE it!! ❤ also Liza is a super cute variation
I'm absolutely in love with the name Esme at the moment, so vintage and beautiful! Love this list! ❤️

Waaaw soooo many great names
What a lots of gorgeous names! I’m an Izzie, first time I’ve seen my name in the comments. I love Lillia and Jamie for girls 🥰
Wow, how will you choose? I love Harper x
Woah great lists
My host mother in Japan is Kaori 💕
hi sj! i LOVE your videos and was just wondering if you have or if you would do a video on last names as first names?
I've loved the name Lois for so long! It always freaks me out a little when names I always think about but never hear appear on these lists lol
Love watching your videos! And my name finally made it into a list! 🥰 I’ve only ever met one other Lana in person & always liked my name.
Ahhh amazing! Bryn Noelle is stunning to me x
Use both :) brynn elisa noelle fenters
Just a thought. One" n" looks more feminine. Whenever I see the double N it looks like it should be pro ounced brian.
Jessica Bulloch I actually disagree!
I LOVE Lois!! It has such a fun sound and every Lois I ever see is so cool.
Hiya👋🏻 I’ve got a 9 and a half month old daughter named Ariella-Rose (pronounced are-ee-ella)🥰 I’m obsessed with unique names, love watching your videos❤️
could you do a baby name Monday on names that mean selfless/generous? I love your videos! 💕
Ah Melina I love that idea x
My niece is Juniper, I love it as it’s an unusual nature name!
It's one of my all time favourite names! I said it every video for a while - ha ha! :-) xx
I love different, unique and uncommon names. I have a little girl Destry Quinn and am currently waiting for my second girl Melody Sky to be born. Great list ♥️
Ooooh beautiful! I love those names - Melody was a contender for this list! xx
Yay you mentioned my name!!! 🤍 I also just wanted to mention another cute and similar alternative to Nova, which is *Nola* , I love it!
i absolutely LOVE eloise & lara!
Glad you like them! Great aren't they x
Yes me too. I used it as my baby daughters middle name.
I really like the name Emerson but, as an Allison, it’s too similar to my name for me to ever use
Ive realized I like names that are nouns... Pearl, King, Snow, Dove, and Forrest are my top girl names
Kinga is an actual Polish baby girl name.
The funny thing is Esmee (written like that) is a very common name in the Netherlands, there are a lot of women of about 50 and above that are called Ingrid as well. So it sounds old-fashioned to me! It's so funny to me how your perception of names can differ so much depending on where you're from ( or who you know who is called so) ❤️
I love your videos SJ even though I do not plan on having children anytime soon! Please make a video on travel themed baby names for travel-lovers!!
Great list of names. I absolutely love the jumper you are wearing!! Xxx
I always loved the name Winnie but I think it would be AMAZING as a nickname for Winter or Wynter!
I know I’m so late to this video but Lois is 1000% going to be my first girl (if I’m so lucky). It was my great grandmother’s name and the more I learn about her, the more I love the name!❤️
This has cracked me up, my sister Pen (Penelope) was obsessed with ducks as a baby and it was her first word! x
Your videos are so fun and relaxing to watch💕💕
