This owner & her guest have been exposing the unethical & poor quality of construction done by Lodha. Also, there are allegations of shortchanging the flat buyers by giving less than the carpet area shown in the agreement. The flat owners allege receiving 25% less than what they have paid for. The guest who is being stopped has shown many such discrepancies & malpractices in this project. Buyers are not allowed inspection before taking over & have to sign on dotted lines signifying 100% satisfaction about the product in all aspects. Totally unethical.
They have by now made enough profits they needed. The culprits will now change the name of company or move to other cities or countries to fool the public.

I am living in 3.5k rent house and never had any problems.... Relatives come and go as if it's their own house....... One bedroom, one hall, one kitchen and bathroom separate.... Fresh air, good food, no pollution, good neighborhood.... Everything affordable........ I feel blessed after watching this video.

They charge security fees, waste disposal fees and other service charges. They only allow their preferred dish and internet providers to give service there which they either own or get commissions from.

U should have waited at the point of resistance offered by the security & called main control 100,& on the arrival of the police, should have gone inside so that the law knows that u were prohibited entry, & had to take police help, the police would have taken both the parties to the police stn where u could have filed a complaint & preserved it to show it to the court. This is totally unacceptable. How can bonafide owners of the flats or their guests can be stopped by Lodha appointed security.

U should have waited at the point of resistance offered by the security & called main control 100,& on the arrival of the police, should have gone inside so that the law knows that u were prohibited entry, & had to take police help, the police would have taken both the parties to the police stn where u could have filed a complaint & preserved it to show it to the court. This is absolute dadagiri ,highly condemnable.

Anonymous Sankar lodha group never show the actual house to customer, they just show us the sample house which 5 to 10 km aways from actual site, even after booking the house they will not show us the house, they just show house at the time of ready possession.

Hv flat in one of the lodha projects, real disgusting experience we are having with them. With this video as proof, the owners can get builders, his security gang and the management into a serious trouble. Breach of alot of rights, violation of numerous sections and harrassment of the owners has been done by the security staff.
