Accurate review. I have fallen head over heels in love with signature absolue. I have no time for the original which is just plain vanilla and so boring. But this new one is truly liquid gold. Your description of it is perfect. It’s such a rich creamy yellow floral that screams sunshine, tropical flowers, and lazing beside a luxury resort pool. But it’s also an evening scent and makes me think of a glamorous and beautiful woman in a gold dress at an expensive restaurant on a balmy twilight evening. This fragrance reminds me of Carolina Herrera EDP. It’s in the top five nicest fragrances I’ve smelled in over 40 years. I simply can’t get enough of it. It’s heavenly.
I think og and Absolue are so different that it’s actually quite difficult to compare them. To me Absolue has not much to do with the og and I think of it as a separate fragrance rather than a flanker. Og I vanilla/ lemon fragrance whereas this one is bright yellow floral scent. So if you love the og and you’re looking for a different version of it, that’s not what you’ll get and you might feel disappointed in the end. On the other hand if you love yellow florals you’ll probably like the Absolue one 🙂
@@RandomLifestyleVlog thx for your reply I do have the og and I love it, also I like yellow floral scents, I really wanted to sample the Absolue first before buying but it's only available online in full sized bottle in my country 😢
Definitely 2x different perfumes. I prefer the Absolu, even though I am not a fan of tuberose, the tuberose here doesn't bother me, or is not into my face. It is more like a sweeter step sister of My Way.

This Montblanc Absolue version smells stunning...very elegant and sensual...I hope they don´t discontinue it.
