😂😂...Mr. Cotton is saving himself? Is he going to deny immunity or take it?
168.520: If a township or city clerk has knowledge that there is a probable illegal or fraudulent REGISTRATION in the township or city....the clerk has the power and duty to make a full investigation of the facts concerning the REGISTRATION......
😳 OMG is this your defense.....take a deal with the prosecutor....holy moly....
What registrations were fraudulent, where’s the canceled check that the Twp paid Cotton, where’s the police report that she found fraud, that’s all part of their MCL defense 🤣
Those arguments didn't work for Tina P, they're not going to work here. Maybe her nearly disbarred attorney is part of the problem.

Truth will surface eventually.

I wouldn't believe that because I watched the trial. Further, I read the motions and other filings. Low information/high gullibility is a bad combo. Layer on top a strong, disinformed opinion, and an aversion to reading...
You watched the WHOLE trial? Or just highlights on some liberal source? If you watched the whole thing and have an open mind then you should have seen the bias of the judge toward the defense.

The livestream from the courtroom, complete with 40 objections per hour, usually in sidebar
@@KidVolcano that’s right…by the prosecution. And the judge allowed too many of the objections.
