Suede. Part of the musical back drop of my life.. And I do like them. From day one I thought these are special. Shame it took them so long to get it together. The insperation and talent was there it just needed to be tamed and smoothed out..
I don’t get the “took them so long” comment. Their first three albums are considered classic masterpieces and their fourth was still a chart topper despite being less praised. Their fifth was their only real flop before they quit. Eleven years after quitting, they came back and released four albums over nine years that all sold and reviewed extremely well. I don’t mean to argue, I just really don’t see where you’re coming from. Maybe I’m missing something but to me, it seems they only had one miss in their career. They got it from day one lol!

New guy's great, and seems to do all he has to and sounds great, but I know that Brett and Bernard have made up...so where's Bernard in the reunion?
That ship sailed long ago. Bernard's still making tons of records and playing a shitload of guitar on them. There's no shortage of Bernard Butler guitars in this world.
Ian Jones Probably not available in America though (barely anybody here knows who Suede are, let alone "London Suede"). What's the name of his current project? Or is it just a solo career?
The "New Guy"... Do you mean Richard Oakes?... Coz i mean, he's been in Suede for over 20 years. I love Butler too, But Oakes is very underrated and has been in the band 4 times longer than Butler was.
