I really wanted T8, but I decided to get an emulator to try Tekken Tag 2 (2011) first because I've never played a diff fighting game before. It's eye opening how this has way better customisation, more stages, more characters than than MK1 (2023). Oh and TAG of course. Me and my brother are playing like the MK9 days again. It's beautiful.

Can't believe NRS actually believes fighting the same characters on the same maps over and over each season is way more exciting than anything the 3D era did. Ive been playing Mileena since I first picked up a controller. All I hoped for were pink/purple pallets. Maybe even a chance to see new life breathed into the Deception costume. Instead they give us Havik skins and a terrible shrine and invasions mode.

We could've had a Shoalin Monks 3D fighting mode or an updated Konquest. Instead we get a limited directional movement of a mode, despite the stages being the most detailed, exploration enticing in MK history.

Y’all completely wiped my entire invasion progress last season with a “patch”. Maxed out level & lvl 49 invasion tower back to 0. Haven’t been back since.
Next season try this: 1. Don’t use the ugliest color combination you can think of 2. Give them a hairstyle people actually want or keep it the same and DON’T give them a Mohawk
That's the main issue. Every invasion season in mk1 would always have new special moves that are on exclusives to the final bosses themselves, like why can't we have that for the characters themselves or have those new moves once we beat the invasion mode, so it can be rewarding for many players out there...
I am amazed NRS not only delayed this season by a long time, but didn't even get the skins right. We know these skins are for Havik's Season, not only because of their colours and design, but also because the file names say "Season of Chaos." NRS is pissing on their audience and telling them its rain.

I love that they highlighted ducking under and jumping over purple flames, as if it's actually fun and something to look forward to.
You got Test Your Might, Endurance, Towers, Gateway Towers and so much more. Invasions mode is indeed amazing, you are just a fool.

We could've had a Shoalin Monks 3D fighting mode or an updated Konquest. Instead we get a limited directional movement of a mode, despite the stages being the most detailed, exploration enticing in MK history.

Y’all completely wiped my entire invasion progress last season with a “patch”. Maxed out level & lvl 49 invasion tower back to 0. Haven’t been back since.
At this point, just bring back motor kombat and chess kombat so we have a reason to be interested in this game again

That's the main issue. Every invasion season in mk1 would always have new special moves that are on exclusives to the final bosses themselves, like why can't we have that for the characters themselves or have those new moves once we beat the invasion mode, so it can be rewarding for many players out there...

I am amazed NRS not only delayed this season by a long time, but didn't even get the skins right. We know these skins are for Havik's Season, not only because of their colours and design, but also because the file names say "Season of Chaos." NRS is pissing on their audience and telling them its rain.

With the following kameos: jarek, shinnok, kintaro, Fujin, Kotal Kahn, Cetrion.blade the vampire hunter.
