Wublin island is not a colossal. Wublin island was created by wubbox to inhabit all of the wublins which were also created by wubbox as you alr know. Wubbox just designed wublin island in a way to look like a titan/colossal. Hope this was helpful!
This is also implied in the trailer for release of anglow where we blabbit sees the blueprints of wublin island
Although an alternative argument to this is that wublin island is a dead colossal but is only inhabitable by wubbox providing it with electricity.
