Attic Treasure Hunt! - Making a custom Electric Guitar - E01 Body, Pickguard and Electronics

Hi my name is Max Heidemann and I design and build guitars. Follow along as I try out new (for me at least!) techniques and materials in building the prototype for a modified custom guitar design I call "The Tilt."

Really nice work 👍
You can improve marking high spots with a bar method really easily. Use some soot or chalk powder)
Also - routing neck pocket & cavities before cutting final shape is making your work lot easier)

the toothed washer on the toggle switch should be on the hind/bottom part of the pickup and the flat washer on the top. That ways it will look flush on the outside and avoid the dirt that could be stuck on the gaps.
