किसीभी couple के लिए जानना बहुत जरुरी है की conception से पहले एक फेज होता है जिसे हम pre-conception कहते है। तो ये Preconception क्या होता है ?
- कपल emotionally attached होना चाहिए।
- आपकी जीवनशैली हैल्थी होनी चाहिए।
-कपल के सारे रिपोर्ट्स नॉर्मल होने चाहिए।
शादी के बाद जब कपल baby planning कर रहे होते है तब उनको लगता है की अगर try करने के समय से दो या तीन महीने में प्रेग्नेंट नहीं रहे तो कुछ ठीक नहीं चल रहा है और जल्द से जल्द वह डॉक्टर के पास चले जाते है।
यह जानना बोहोत जरुरी है कपल के लिए की 6-12 महीने उनको नियमित सबंध रखने है।
इसके साथ ही साथ सम्बन्ध महिला के fertile window में रखना चाहिए जो period आने से 13-15 दिन पे होता है ।
कपल को रोज़ या एक दिन छोड़कर (alternate days ) सम्बन्ध रखने चाहिए।
Human Egg का fertilization सिर्फ 12- 14 घंटो केलिए हो सकता है इसलिए uterus में sperm concentration अच्छा होना बोहोत जरुरी है क्योकि हम ovulation कब होगा यह नहीं जान सकते इसलिए रोज़ या alternate days पे intercourse करना बोहोत जरुरी खासकरके fertile period के वक्त।
प्रेगनेंसी केलिए खुदपे दबाव ना डाले , बिना स्ट्रेस लिए प्रेगनेंसी केलिए try कीजिये।

I am trying to conceive for 6 month unintruptly but not abled to conceive yet.i also have hypothyroidism where my t3 and t4 is normal but tsh is 11.2 ( High),taking medicine thyronorm 75mcg.
May you determine the dose of thyroid medicine and suggest me better for conceiving earlier?

Hello sir pregnancy hone ke baad 26-28 din baad period aati hai, gynecologist doctor ko dikane baad , doctor kahte hai ki sugar huwa hai, ab baby ko terminate karna padega.
Terminate ki goli dete hai and baby terminate hota hai.
Ab doctor kahte hai ki sugar level normal hone ke baad hi aap pregnancy ka aap plan kar sakte hai....
Abb Tak 7 months ho gaye sugar ka treatment chalu hai lekin sugar level normal nhi ho Raha hai.
According to doctor suggestions sab follow kiye hai like exercise, daily routine, discipline se suggestions follow Kiya hai.. but sugar level normal nhi ho Raha hai ..

Sir maine iss mahine periods Miss hone ke 4 din baad pregnency test ki aur usme ek line dark aur dusri line halki pink ayi to kya mai pregnent hu ya nahi aise to Mera cycle 28 se 30 din ka hai lekin pichle mahine chemical pregnency hui thi jisse mera periods 35 din par aya tha. Aur mai phir doctor ke pass gayi phir unhone pregestron ki tablets aur injection diye the par periods ruki nahi
