Its so true....n it really works...once I had overthinking issues so many times I had gone through..severe illness & I wasn't happy at all...bt now it has been more than 1 month I always wake up 5'O clock n drink warm water1 glass in empty stomach.... do excercise, meditation n book reading....now I see the huge changes in me...even during this locked down...I am stucked at rent home alone Bt I am living such a great life....overthinking habit is also gone...now a days I am reading Kalam's Wings Of Fire

I wake up at 5.20 o' clock in the morning . I feel good after getting up in the morning really.
Everyday at 5Am, then exercise, meditation, making my own bed, reads hanuman chalisa, then goes for a walk, come back and watch strangest secret of the world video everyday, then read books for 30min and then normal day work, feels really great this is 25th Day continuous doing all this task 👍☺

It's been three months after watching the video. I ordered the book immediately. Now life have completely changed. Finished 5 novels, three audio book. Cleared the interview (internal interview to change vertical) very confidently. I strongly recommend everyone to read this book at least once.
