Only problem i have with terrorists as legitimate targets is who get to decide who the terrorists are? The US had Nelson Mandela on their terrorist list until 2008.... If USrael is occupying Palestine, as per the ICJ, the fighters in West Bank are freedom fighters, not terrorists... yet the US follows Israel and support their 'anti-terrorism' raids in the West Bank...
