Girl she met Tom as a waitress and he was a multi-millionaire super powerful and respected attorney in the entire country. She did not need to be worried why he sent money to her account. At that point she needed to be worried if he didn’t.
Well before this episode was filmed, the courts had already affirmed the money owed Joe Ruigomez. So at the very least, Joe Ruigomez was affirmed that Tom Girardi had kept his money from him and was owed the money. What's most pressing that Erika refuses to acknowledge is that even if she had nothing to do with Tom's actions, her lifestyle was financed by those actions. The private planes, designer clothes, music career, jewelry were paid for from Tom's actions. I get that she's saying the courts have to separate Tom's legitimate share of a settlement or verdict from what he wrongfully took, but there's no debating that Tom Girardi took money. The infamous diamond earrings were paid for from a client account.

Yes, and it would be easy to show proof via law firm accounts, checks, and bank accounts. The Plaintiff is always law firm followed by victims names or consolidated into class action, list of Passengers! So that's how the courts know who they are! If there's a judgement, from the Defendant "Lyon Air an other entities" The monies always goes into a litigation agreement of a banking account of the law firm "Thomas Girardi" who was supposed to pay the victims by the most injured to the least..(Burn victims, Widows and orphans) being the most damaged are the names at the top of the list to be paid.. the guy who broke his leg (metafor) is the least. So there's no question there was victims and Thomas Girardi received a very large check, with more than 9, 0s figures behind some numbers...

Girl she met Tom as a waitress and he was a multi-millionaire super powerful and respected attorney in the entire country. She did not need to be worried why he sent money to her account. At that point she needed to be worried if he didn’t.

Well before this episode was filmed, the courts had already affirmed the money owed Joe Ruigomez. So at the very least, Joe Ruigomez was affirmed that Tom Girardi had kept his money from him and was owed the money. What's most pressing that Erika refuses to acknowledge is that even if she had nothing to do with Tom's actions, her lifestyle was financed by those actions. The private planes, designer clothes, music career, jewelry were paid for from Tom's actions. I get that she's saying the courts have to separate Tom's legitimate share of a settlement or verdict from what he wrongfully took, but there's no debating that Tom Girardi took money. The infamous diamond earrings were paid for from a client account.

Yes, and it would be easy to show proof via law firm accounts, checks, and bank accounts. The Plaintiff is always law firm followed by victims names or consolidated into class action, list of Passengers!

The monies always goes into a litigation agreement of a banking account of the law firm "Thomas Girardi" who was supposed to pay the victims by the most injured to the least..(Burn victims, Widows and orphans) being the most damaged are the names at the top of the list to be paid.. the guy who broke his leg (metafor) is the least. So there's no question there was victims and Thomas Girardi received a very large check, with more than 9, 0s figures behind some numbers...

@@aloistyler I think that Erika comes into play when there is banking proof that big sum of money went into her LLC. Therefore, Erika to some degree has some involvement in this because is being argue that the money that went into her LLC came from the victims . I don’t know if that makes sense.
