Healthstone is not a full heal unless you somehow hurt yourself for 29 in a single turn at full health. There’s some good “pay health instead of mana” cards somewhere probably that can abuse it.

Healthstone is not a full heal for 0 mana, but it heals your damage you have done to yourself on your turn. It's good for painlock or questlock in wild.

@@germanij this 0-mana heal isn't a reno effect it's only heal the damage you have done in the same turn you're using it. If you only got 3 damage from flameimp, then it will only heal you for 3 for example.
