I have a 2021 Ranger Tremor ,With the switches on the top of the dash ,, Are you making a wiring harness for this ,, so I can use one of the switches ? I dont want to drill a hole in the dash for a switch ,, Have you done any test about the air flow ? I would be purchasing the 6 inch set ,as my truck has the adp cruise control ,, Nice looking lights ,, Thanks
Hi Doug! The wiring harness we include in the kit can be connected to any switch. Yes, we have done research on the airflow, and neither kit will affect the engine. However, if you go with the 18" over the 6" kit, you will have to relocate or remove the ACC.
I just did this kit on my 21 tremor. I did the 2 six inch bars. After you remove the five push pins on the bumper install the steel clips by pulling down the plastic on the bumper. The reinstall the front license plate before you put the mounting brackets on don’t ask how I know this. You will also need to take the skid plate off. Remove the front two blots and loosen the two back ones. I use switch 6 as it is a five amp switch. You will need to unplug the included switch and install a new ring on the ground wire. The other two wires will wrap together and the install to the wire for the upfitter switch six. The wiring harness will be able to follow the stock wiring so you can tie wrap the harness to geather.
We recommend following the factory wire loom and routing the switch through the firewall. Then you can mount your switch however you see fit! Some people will drill a hole and mount it to the left of the steering column.
The full measurement of our lightbars are 19.75". You may not be able to squeeze in a 22" lightbar onto these brackets, as they are proprietary to our lightbars. If you haven't seen them, our lightbars provide excellent performance over similar brands and would make for an exceptional lighting solution for you!
@@peterfazzino1445 I understand moving the ACC module will require Ford to recallibrate the ACC system and you may find the calibration equipment will not work with the module in the wrong position. Most likely as it's safety equipment Ford won't help you
wiring install would be nice. The mechanical install is simple
mechanical install is the easy part. show us the wiring and switch install!
That's a great suggestion! We have been looking into doing a wiring process video.
Exactly !!
@@diodedynamics ,Yes do one with a Tremor , using Factory switches

With the 6inch kit do you keep the adaptive curse control?
Yes, you do!
looks nice, any hints to how you fed your wires?

Can I fit at 22” light bar with these mounts

Do you guys know if an ss3 will fit in there if I make up some brackets? Would love to fit 2 ss3 on either side of my acc
Hey there! We're not sure. However, we do offer a full dimensional drawing of all of our pods in their product listings!
Where did you put the ACC?
We decided to remove the ACC for the 18" install.
Why would you remove the ACC ? Where would you recommend placing it ?

Garbage as it will not work anymore due to bumper being in way... enjoy $1200.00 dealer option you can no longer use.
No anti theft hardware?
Unfortunately, we do not offer anti-theft hardware at this time. Sorry about that!
