Lol, I’ve been watching these homes and prices for awhile now. It’s disgusting the prices and the astronomical amount of money being asked. Is the Homes nice… yes but they’re not concrete made or even acres along with them. Houston and other TX properties are becoming like the North and that’s why everyone flocks to the South,For convenience comfort and Value

Texas homes are too close to sea level and would flood if they had basements.
