Marine here. I’ve never seen a Marine wear a Marathon, and I’ve certainly never seen one issued. In CONUS it’s always Rolex, Omega, Hamilton, Breitling, etc., and then down range…Timex!
@Reversmullac They didn't replace the anthracite dial for the Arctic dial. But they did complete a full service with bezel replacement. I'm waiting on the watch to Be returned now

How has the reliability been for you? I’ve heard great things about Marathon and would really like to pick up a GSAR but im worried it will be too big for my 6.75” wrist.

It's a little thick, but honestly I don't notice the weight. I wear a 16600 most of the time, and they have similar weight. Thanks for tuning in!!
