I believe Albearto and Foot Lt. were part of wave 2 as I was able to purchase Albearto in store a few months back. The bug bustin' figures and new Donatello figures are part of wave 3 I believe.
Thanks for the info. The wave 3 figures are the only new figures I seen recently. The stores in my area been selling the wave 1 figures for months now.

Okay I understand that but I'm going to open my Turtle figures I hope my Walmart restocked because every time I go there same old Turtle figures from the first wave
