I remember trying like hell to decipher what that guy was saying when I heard it in the game. I tried muting everything but the sound effects and everything but the voices, etc, just so I could isolate it and understand it better. I thought it was some kind of cryptic message or code to unlock something. Turns out it's far more boring than I imagined.
