I have also experienced God personally. From time to time, I would ask Him "so where are You now?" and He would show me a sign of His remembrance. I was once imagining myself in a black void but there was this star which was casting light (grace) and I was chasing it while crying.
I just went through this, and I thank God for every second of the trials I had to undergo, I thank you Lord for everything, without you I am nothing. Let your will be done through me, so be on Earth as it is in Heaven.

@@Artem_Myronko Gods speaking to us all the time. I’m glad this video got to you 🙏 i wanted to reply to what you’re going through though because i been in that same cycle. Starting something and feeling like whatever you are doing isn’t good enough or just enough in general and then you throw it away in frustration. For me personally I realized this comes from being a perfectionist. Whatever you are creating or doing you want it to be good enough. But for some reason you continue to believe the lie that it’s not. And honestly brother practicing humility helps so much with this. Pride is apart of being a perfectionist. But once you start to humble yourself you take that weight off your shoulders of trying to be the best. And you become comfortable with whatever you are currently trying to do. Being very inpatient plays a part in this also. We can be so focused on the outcome that we are never truly in the moment and the present moment is where your power is at. It’s where creativity and inspiration arises out of. I’m not sure if this helps with what you are going through but i thought I’d give my personal experience with burnout and exhaustion. Try letting go of those really high expectations for yourself. 🙏

Soon means the coming of the Lord for most will be death since you can’t repent anymore once dead. Not everyone will see Him and hear the trumpets sound on that day but will be woken up from the dead.

You've got this! Sometimes mental struggles come in waves, care for yourself spiritually but don't be afraid of going to human doctors as well. God will help you and guide your doctors as well if you need them
Dear lord Jesus please grant peace in minds of the afflicted. I ask that you please present these children of yours with the opportunity to receive mental health care in whatever form that you know they need to help them find peace in your grace Lord. In Jesus’s name I pray, Amen. It took me 27 years including 10 years of counseling to figure out that I needed to be medicated for my depression. When I tell you the difference is night and day. It’s like putting on glasses for the first time. It’s like having your head in a thunderstorm and no matter what you can’t see out of it, with my current treatment, for the first time since in years, it’s like I can see the whole horizon. The storm clouds are still there but I can actually function and think beyond the depression it’s incredible. Keep your eyes out for God’s blessings. We are loved.
I’ve legit been talking to my friends this week about being so tired of the grind. I feel like I can’t catch a break. It’s just work, shower, eat, sleep and repeat. It’s been exactly this for the last 10 years. Feels like there’s no escape. I’m tired. I do need to connect better with God and let him take the wheel.

I felt so lonely and gloomy this entire summer. I know I was never truly alone, because Jesus was with me. But it was never good for man to be alone. That’s why I am reminded that Jesus is with me and that my friends from college are waiting for each other. We want to see each other in person again. Wish me luck.

I felt hopeless, and I felt like I was running in a loop because I found myself in miserable situations over and over again. I asked God, "What am I doing wrong, and what do I have to do?" Then, He showed me this video right when I needed it the most. Thank You, God, for never leaving me and for being so patient with me.
I was having a hard time today. Was talking to God, asking why it's so hard sometimes. I asked God whether or not I should go to therapy. In this video it said pride is not telling anyone about your mental health struggles. I think he answered my prayer through this video.

Ask God to fill you with the Holy Spirit, then ask Him to reveal Himself to you. I just want to say, i just graduated high school this year, and im in the worst shape I've ever been in. I stopped lifting, wrestling, and running, all when school stopped so I could focus on my job. It's been really hard on me mentally to be so weak and out of shape physically. In 5 days, I leave for a mission where I'll go gone 9 months. THANK YOU for this video. I would like to point out that real social anxiety isn’t a form of pride. Before I was baptized, I had very low self asteem , didn’t know my value nor worth so *I had no sense of value nor worth* and I was engulfed with social anxiety. Not because I wanted to control everything, I’m a submissive person I never had the desire to control anything. Social anxiety is literal fear of social situations/ socializing. A person with social anxiety is anxious because when in a social situation they get uncontrollably anxious. It’s like you leave the house fine , but as soon as you get in public your mind is overcame by negative worrying thoughts like “omg am I sweating too much? Can people notice ? Do I stink? Is my top sitting right? Omg they’re looking at me I must look crazy, my hair must be messed up, omg they must think I’m ugly 😩 am I too loud? Omg they’re going to think I’m annoying. Am I too quiet? They’re gonna think I’m stuck up omggg . Did I say that right? Omg I only said one sentence now this person probably thinks I’m stupid” thats what social anxiety is. Fear. I do believe it maybe demons whispering those thoughts causing people to have social anxiety which should be prayed away but as far as it stemming from pride , I have yet to hear a case where it has.

@@BeautifulApartmentsCo Thank you. That’s why I ended saying something along the lines of how anxiety can be a *spiritual attack* on some. But to claim that a person with social anxiety or any mental illness is having that mental illness on purpose is kind of absurd. It’s kind of like saying the devil is attacking you because you WANT him to. Although it happens to many, I don’t think anybody would WANT that.
God revealed to me how low self worth is a form of pride because ultimately pride is anything that rears itself up against God and His word… if God says we’re valuable and of great worth and we believe contrary to that then that’s prideful. If God says we’re forgiven and we don’t believe we can be forgiven that’s prideful. Pride isn’t always boastful and arrogant sometimes pride is self deprecating. That’s why he mentions how sneaky pride is. It manifests in so many ways. You just described scenarios of valuing the opinions of others over what God Himself has said. And it is a form of control because subconsciously you want to control what others think of you and how they perceive you, which you cannot do. When we do that we put ourselves in the judge’s seat and unknowingly can operate in a way where our standards for what is valuable and acceptable are higher than God’s standards. Which is why we Humble ourselves before God and submit to His word… not just the Word that tells us how to live holy and righteous but also the Word that says we are LOVED, valued and accepted

The church I grew up in didn’t teach that we were loved nor valuable and we were taught quite the opposite which is why I had those thoughts instilled within me thus keeping me from any and all forms of pride. Even now learning (on my own) God’s love and how being a child of his automatically makes you royalty I still don’t feel any sense of pride so I’m glad God never put that in my life in any way to begin with as now I don’t have to struggle with it. But I don’t believe it’s fair for others to be steered by the devil and people blame *them* for it. One of the oldest tricks of the devil is to have people not believe in his tricks cus if you don’t believe he’ll do it , you won’t be on the watch for it. Be blessed.

Something I’m learning right now is learning how to hear Gods voice. God talks to us all the time but we sometimes can’t discern whose voice we are hearing. We either confuse it with our own or the enemies voice. They all sound that same but it’s getting to know who God is and the way he speaks that will allow you to know which thoughts are him. Which will help you be guided by God. He doesn’t only talk to us through thoughts but also through other people and everything else. He’s communicating to us all the time. I’d recommend to pray for direction and accept that you’ve already received it and thank him for it. That’s how he wants us to pray. Pray as if we already received it and it will be given to us 🙏 i hope this helps

I’ve been miserable in my job for the past 2 years. Been there 15. Even though miserable, I performed at my best. Was great pay and benefits, but always exhausted and just blah. Finally was let go Monday. No new job lined up yet. But it felt like 100 tons of weight was lifted off my shoulders. I’ve been praying for the longest time for God to show me the direction I’m supposed to be heading in. I truly feel this is part of His plan and the best is yet to come. Will continue to pray for guidance and direction.

I feel hopeless right now. I’m pretty soon gonna be on my own, so I know that I’m gonna have to face myself. I don’t want to, which is why I’m losing everyone. I don’t even know where to start tackling all the problems I got going. It feels like a cyclone that tears down my house everyday and as I keep trying to build it back, it comes stronger than ever. I’m in a loop of hell and it makes it hard to see any progress or acknowledge any improvement. I just really wish I could be the man that the most high and everyone wants me to be, but it’s so hard. I think many people are feeling like this and it is 100% God's plan to make us 100% reliant on him. I am in the process of God dismantling my life (taking away everything superfluous) - it's scary, but I already feel closer to him.
I am in pain and my girl and I broke up weeks ago and I feel lifeless I feel sorry for God, for me not taking action to him but dear God I'm really tired.

I have also experienced God personally. From time to time, I would ask Him "so where are You now?" and He would show me a sign of His remembrance.
I was once imagining myself in a black void but there was this star which was casting light (grace) and I was chasing it while crying.
I just went through this, and I thank God for every second of the trials I had to undergo, I thank you Lord for everything, without you I am nothing. Let your will be done through me, so be on Earth as it is in Heaven.

@@Artem_Myronko Gods speaking to us all the time. I’m glad this video got to you 🙏 i wanted to reply to what you’re going through though because i been in that same cycle. Starting something and feeling like whatever you are doing isn’t good enough or just enough in general and then you throw it away in frustration. For me personally I realized this comes from being a perfectionist. Whatever you are creating or doing you want it to be good enough. But for some reason you continue to believe the lie that it’s not. And honestly brother practicing humility helps so much with this. Pride is apart of being a perfectionist. But once you start to humble yourself you take that weight off your shoulders of trying to be the best. And you become comfortable with whatever you are currently trying to do. Being very inpatient plays a part in this also. We can be so focused on the outcome that we are never truly in the moment and the present moment is where your power is at. It’s where creativity and inspiration arises out of. I’m not sure if this helps with what you are going through but i thought I’d give my personal experience with burnout and exhaustion. Try letting go of those really high expectations for yourself. 🙏

It took me 27 years including 10 years of counseling to figure out that I needed to be medicated for my depression. When I tell you the difference is night and day. It’s like putting on glasses for the first time. It’s like having your head in a thunderstorm and no matter what you can’t see out of it, with my current treatment, for the first time since in years, it’s like I can see the whole horizon. The storm clouds are still there but I can actually function and think beyond the depression it’s incredible. Keep your eyes out for God’s blessings. We are loved.
I’ve legit been talking to my friends this week about being so tired of the grind. I feel like I can’t catch a break. It’s just work, shower, eat, sleep and repeat. It’s been exactly this for the last 10 years. Feels like there’s no escape. I’m tired. I do need to connect better with God and let him take the wheel.

I felt hopeless, and I felt like I was running in a loop because I found myself in miserable situations over and over again. I asked God, "What am I doing wrong, and what do I have to do?" He will reveal yourself to you if you ask Him genuinely, and I warn you: after He revealed Himself [to you], you would probably not believe it the first few times, just like me. But today I have full faith that He exists.

I just want to say, i just graduated high school this year, and im in the worst shape I've ever been in. I stopped lifting, wrestling, and running, all when school stopped so I could focus on my job. It's been really hard on me mentally to be so weak and out of shape physically. In 5 days, I leave for a mission where I'll go gone 9 months. THANK YOU for this video. I would like to point out that real social anxiety isn’t a form of pride. Before I was baptized, I had very low self asteem , didn’t know my value nor worth so *I had no sense of value nor worth* and I was engulfed with social anxiety. Not because I wanted to control everything, I’m a submissive person I never had the desire to control anything. Social anxiety is literal fear of social situations/ socializing. A person with social anxiety is anxious because when in a social situation they get uncontrollably anxious. It’s like you leave the house fine , but as soon as you get in public your mind is overcame by negative worrying thoughts like “omg am I sweating too much? Can people notice ? Do I stink? Is my top sitting right? Omg they’re looking at me I must look crazy, my hair must be messed up, omg they must think I’m ugly 😩 am I too loud? Omg they’re going to think I’m annoying. Am I too quiet? They’re gonna think I’m stuck up omggg . Did I say that right? Omg I only said one sentence now this person probably thinks I’m stupid” thats what social anxiety is. Fear. I do believe it maybe demons whispering those thoughts causing people to have social anxiety which should be prayed away but as far as it stemming from pride , I have yet to hear a case where it has.

@@BeautifulApartmentsCo Thank you. That’s why I ended saying something along the lines of how anxiety can be a *spiritual attack* on some. But to claim that a person with social anxiety or any mental illness is having that mental illness on purpose is kind of absurd. It’s kind of like saying the devil is attacking you because you WANT him to. Although it happens to many, I don’t think anybody would WANT that.
God revealed to me how low self worth is a form of pride because ultimately pride is anything that rears itself up against God and His word… if God says we’re valuable and of great worth and we believe contrary to that then that’s prideful. If God says we’re forgiven and we don’t believe we can be forgiven that’s prideful. Pride isn’t always boastful and arrogant sometimes pride is self deprecating. That’s why he mentions how sneaky pride is. It manifests in so many ways. You just described scenarios of valuing the opinions of others over what God Himself has said. And it is a form of control because subconsciously you want to control what others think of you and how they perceive you, which you cannot do. When we do that we put ourselves in the judge’s seat and unknowingly can operate in a way where our standards for what is valuable and acceptable are higher than God’s standards. Which is why we Humble ourselves before God and submit to His word… not just the Word that tells us how to live holy and righteous but also the Word that says we are LOVED, valued and accepted

The church I grew up in didn’t teach that we were loved nor valuable and we were taught quite the opposite which is why I had those thoughts instilled within me thus keeping me from any and all forms of pride. Even now learning (on my own) God’s love and how being a child of his automatically makes you royalty I still don’t feel any sense of pride so I’m glad God never put that in my life in any way to begin with as now I don’t have to struggle with it. But I don’t believe it’s fair for others to be steered by the devil and people blame *them* for it. One of the oldest tricks of the devil is to have people not believe in his tricks cus if you don’t believe he’ll do it , you won’t be on the watch for it. Be blessed.

I was in a motorcycle crash last Wednesday. Today the test results came back and it seems like I fractured my humerus. I was about to relocate to Italy next month, which was my life's dream and this accident might throw a huge wrench into that.

I keep asking "God, what do you want me to do?", and I'm tired for not getting an answer. Still I choose to keep trusting Him. My life is so weird right now...
Something I’m learning right now is learning how to hear Gods voice. God talks to us all the time but we sometimes can’t discern whose voice we are hearing. We either confuse it with our own or the enemies voice. They all sound that same but it’s getting to know who God is and the way he speaks that will allow you to know which thoughts are him. Which will help you be guided by God. He doesn’t only talk to us through thoughts but also through other people and everything else. He’s communicating to us all the time. I’d recommend to pray for direction and accept that you’ve already received it and thank him for it. That’s how he wants us to pray. Pray as if we already received it and it will be given to us 🙏 i hope this helps

I’ve been miserable in my job for the past 2 years. Been there 15. Even though miserable, I performed at my best. Was great pay and benefits, but always exhausted and just blah. Finally was let go Monday. No new job lined up yet. But it felt like 100 tons of weight was lifted off my shoulders. I’ve been praying for the longest time for God to show me the direction I’m supposed to be heading in. I truly feel this is part of His plan and the best is yet to come. Will continue to pray for guidance and direction.

I struggle with pride because I don’t want to be a burden to others (or be vulnerable and be hurt by others).
Watching this made me sob almost instantly. I'm a sophomore, and im very introverted so I dont have a lot of friends, and the friends i do have dont really include me except one or two people. And its even more difficult going to a mostly all white school when I'm a black person. So racism is like everyday. And Im trying so hard to have faith in God but I just feel so weak like i cant do anything.. Please keep me in your prayers

I feel hopeless right now. I’m pretty soon gonna be on my own, so I know that I’m gonna have to face myself. I don’t want to, which is why I’m losing everyone. I don’t even know where to start tackling all the problems I got going. It feels like a cyclone that tears down my house everyday and as I keep trying to build it back, it comes stronger than ever. I’m in a loop of hell and it makes it hard to see any progress or acknowledge any improvement.
I just really wish I could be the man that the most high and everyone wants me to be, but it’s so hard. Enough making excuses though.

I think many people are feeling like this and it is 100% God's plan to make us 100% reliant on him. I am in the process of God dismantling my life (taking away everything superfluous) - it's scary, but I already feel closer to him.

Pray out loud speak from the heart what is on your mind speak your true feelings let the tears fall and weep to god. Ask Christ for help and the holy spirit to guide you. Trust in god and have faith things will get better and you will too, repent, change for the better. I believe in you.

I just wanted to say this video really helped me to understand what pride is and how I actually am experiencing it in my life. I always knew that when I started to put myself first before the Lord, that that was prideful of me. But I never understood until now that the fear and anxiety I feel to help make my family members feel okay was a form of pride. This is very eye opening and I really feel an understanding that the Lord wanted me to understand this so I can stop trying to regulate peoples situations- because that’s His job!! Thank you so much
