purple❌ recently my 3 products worth 459 were missing in the delivery box i raised a complain but they rejected then reachy out to customer support but nothing happened.... I will never purchase in future from purple whatever will be the offers or sales
I'm extremely irritated by Nykaa. I got a call from the delivery guy 3 hours ago and he was 15 minutes away from my house. Asked me to send location on WhatsApp, so I did. But he never came. Stopped picking my calls too. Bullshit! The customer care is like, "Awww we're so sorry, we'll do our best to help." and then they're off. And I didn't know purplle existed before.
