The 'abandonment ' as shown is literally 'wasted money' OR 'lost investment money'! Poor planning and no cash flow management! I see these crazy ventures all around the Pattaya area! No planning permission is often the case! I just hope the poor people building these crazy vanity projects got paid for their work! Cheers!
