When removing the pump from the Housing, make sure you pray at different angles. Use a large flat head or pray took and hammer each side. First left then the right. Continue all the way around. It's tight.. Don't get frustrated.
What to Order - Spring Assembly, Gasket Kit, Impeller, Wear Plate, Wear plate hardware " Bolt + Washer"

Sorry 8yrs late, but there are extra holes to screw the bolts into to loosen the rotating assembly

Leonardo Espinoza runs steady from 35-40psi but not sure of the gpm. That can be found from a simple google search.

Pressure? 30-40psi roughly.
What are the clearence between the impeller and the wear plate?
What are the clearence between the seal plate and the impeller?
How does the shaft look at the oil seal location ?
How about new bearing?
Did you vacuum test the bearing housing ?
How about the way you install the new mechanical seal?
How about the performance of your pump now...

Working great. Some people just need to get the pump up and running. It’s not a pump to take an astronaut to the moon. Relax. It’s for dirty water for a reclaim at a car wash.
Over thinking it pal fix the pump anyway you can get the damn thing running and finish the job the guy did a fine job and the pump works it’s folks like you who take your shit to other people because they told you a bunch of jargon and convinced you your too damn dumb to fix stuff now you taking a pump to some other random wacko who’s gonna do the same thing this guy did and charge you triple and take his sweet ass time now a one day job it 2 weeks cuz you couldn’t believe in yourself to figure something out on your own….
