The door issue I have is the door sags down from front to back. I replaced the hinge with another from a yard thinking the bushing was worn and it was. I replaced the lock which had been damaged with wear. Taped the striker down a little and now have it very close to shutting properly. The repair guide says "adjust front to back with door to body bolts, but I have not special tool to make this adjustment. Do I have to remove wheel fender to get to these bolts ?

A 15 minute video to highlight a 30 second task. How do you expect to get an accurate alignment when your headlamp is attached the the body with a cable-tie. Use an M10x25 bolt with two penny washers and a nyloc nut to make a decent repair. An 8mm ring spanner would make the job a lot simpler.
this mechanism is very bad....i have exuctly the same color but in model 1998 and the headlights are working in same way just in a diffrent form. conactions to mian lights are use to melt from heat and the motors the changing to angel of light are failed-the problem start whene you try to change the angel of light been the motors have some kind of half free axels that not all time going back to same level as in the begining..
A good attempt but your language is poor and you take too long to explain a simple activity. You also didn't state what distance the car is from the wall.

Thank you. When i put LED in people would flash high beams thinking i had my high beams on but i just need to shine them more towards the ground

How is it possible that every Corolla with new lamps from 2000-2001 has broken upper connection with frame?
Mine are Frozen to the point where I can can't turn the screw, is there a way to replace that adjustment screw that holds the headlight to the frame?

Scion tC headlights adjust the same way. They were set too low, and I couldn't see where I was going, because these headlights have no spill.

Actually the correct method is not with a wrench but a Philips screwdriver 90 degrees into the slot on top of the screw/8mm bolt
