agree that the writing is a little weird in something wicked this way comes haha, there are some sentences that just confuse me to no end... but i think i'm going to power though, i'm so sorry you didn't end up liking it though :((
So I finished the book. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. It is definitely more fantasy based than horror but it has its moments. Nothing really graphic and or terribly gory either. It was a page turner in the aspect of always wanting to know what happens next. Slightly disappointed in how it ended but that's okay. Overall it was still a fantastic reading experience.
Love it. I don’t like knowing anything going in either. It’s hard to be that way while also addicted to booktube. 😂 I read The Nature of Witches last weekend on your recommendation and I loved it so much. It was fun but it also made me cry a lot and that was pretty therapeutic! Thanks again!

i think it's highly recommended that you read caraval first, but i dont think you absolutely have to, however caraval is a great series and i would definitely recommend it!

I loved Daughter of Smoke and Bone it's my favorite series of all time. my copies are annotated to the fullest extent.
