I live for my gym time! I have been going every day for over 50 years and LOVE the feeling...the therapy...the balance it brings...and the amazing benefits that it provides. Kudos for all you have done and continue to do. Keep it coming Jay 💪
Jay, I totally agree with you 100%. I know the importance of rest and recovery, but I don’t schedule days off either. If I feel good, why take a day off? I love the endorphin rush and the reduction in cortisol and I get and the stress relief. if I am really not feeling it then I will take a day off. Otherwise, I look forward to weight training and cardio every day. It is time of solace as well.
