finally found a video showing 3 wires to hook up to broiler element... finally finished the job also installed lower bake element... thank you for your time...
It was tough getting everything in the oven, taking the door off made the job much easier. It's a 220 volt outlet, they are commonly used for electric stoves and clothes dryers.
I strongly encourage you to find the model number for your stove and get the correct part. Try an internet search with the brand name and where to find the model number plate. The manufacturers website also will often help you find the plate with the model number. It's on there somewhere.
Nice video, but the front support bar is not installed correctly. There are little "L" shaped arms that go over the element on both sides, not under like you have installed.
Good job on catching the blooper, Bruce. The video is filmed in segments to economize on time. I must have missed adding the clip showing to shift the element a bit to have it rest properly on the bracket. It would be intuitive to do that anyway.

You are welcome... I always enjoy hearing that the videos have been helpful. Have a great day.
I am so glad I found your channel, last year. Your videos are very educational. I have learned a lot about doing projects around my house. Thank you!
You are welcome. I try to put some education in the videos. As a home owner, if you can do some basic repairs you can save a lot of money.

Nice camera work, too. Especially inside the oven.
Btw, I’ve never seen a receptacle that looks like yours. Very cool, actually.

Thanks! Your videos are always great & straight to the point
You are welcome, Drew! I respect your time, though the short videos may cost me views/getting to the top of the search list.
Good, quality video and very helpful!
Great video, thank you!!
You are welcome, Bill!
Thank you! Very helpful:)
You're welcome, Cleo!
If broiler elements look the same, are they the same? I can't find the model number on it.
