I've never been good about warming up or cooling down either. I always seem to be on the clock with a packed schedule, so just grateful to get my run in. I have been better about foam rolling this past year, but I want to work on doing some walking or something 15 minutes before starting my run to get the blood flowing to my muscles that need to warm up and allow my heart rate to gradually increase. BTW, you will rock that 10K this fall! Keep running...
