gutted this is the 2nd faulty new one I've had.....
at £75 I expect better...
cheap £12 Ebay special would be better.
d1 spec quick release, very poor quality!

This is 100% because the horn contacts are done up to tight, they need to compress around 1mm which allows both sections to interlock. If anyone else has this problem just slacken off the horn contact screws so they are easily pressed in and it will line up fine.

Hey mate, is this the horn contacts on the steering wheel side or the hub side

Probably a bit late, but could it be the horn contacts? I haven't got one myself, but I saw in another video that the contacts can be overtightened, so there's no give in them. They are supposed to compress when you put the wheel in and lock the hub.
